NEVER GO TO HONDA These people are idiots especially the Finance Guy Ronnie. My step daughter bought a used Civic about three weeks back and all was approved for financ These people are idiots especially the Finance Guy Ronnie. My step daughter bought a used Civic about three weeks back and all was approved for financing. All the paper work was done and signed and she laid out a deposit of $1500. Yesterday Ronnie called to say her loan was denied and she had 48 hours to return the vehicle of being more money down for a new loan. At this point she said forget it she will take her business elsewhere. Today she returned the car to Armand who sold her the car originally. Neither David or Ronnie informed Armand the situation and Brianna was the one who told him she had to return the car. The coworkers don’t even communicate with one another. The Manager David was in a tiffy. She asked for her $1500 back and they said it would be a week or so. Seriously, your kidding right. She said fine I’ll keep the car until then and Manager David said if you take the car then I will call the police because this is stealing since you have not technically paid for the car. My thought. You folks at Germain Honda are the exact reason people can’t stand to buy a car. More

He finally asked around and got me assistance. I was told service would take 1 hour and 15mins. After an hour and thirty minutes, I came outside to see that my car was still in lot. No one ever came to say that there was a delay. I requested that my car be brought to me and I left. This was simply not acceptable. More
