We were saddened that we read your comments and are sorry to learn you feel this way about us. Our office manager spoke to about your concern a few days prior to your visit and apologized that the post office did not deliver your registration and it was returned to us. We did attempt to reach out to you using the home telephone number ending in 7193 in our system, but received the message that “The number is not in service”. The email provided was disabled after an email sent to you was undeliverable as well. As our office manager explained, we then placed the returned letter in your file and waited for you to contact us. I did question you when you told me the DMV said our dealership does this “all the time”. The reason I questioned your comment, was that I have never had a conversation about a similar issue with any other client. I asked you if the DMV stated our dealership did this or “dealerships” in general did this all the time. It was then you commented that the DMV clerk said “all dealerships” and that in your opinion all dealers were the same. I did apologize to you for your inconvenience and asked our office manager to come to the showroom to speak with you in person a second time about the returned envelope. It is my hope that you will accept my sincere apology and allow us the opportunity to continue to serve you.
