I wasn’t there all day, they were upfront with me, and it was such an easy experience considering it was my first time buying a car. Mona showed me all of the ins and outs of the vehicle and helped through the buying process. She was very friendly and nice to work with. I drove from the east coast of Florida to go to this specific dealership and it did not disappoint! More
Misquoted prices, bad alignment, battery problems unchecked After taking my car in to be serviced for routine maintenance I am left completely unsatisfied and paying more than I had been quoted. Lee Glesmer, the advisor in the service department had called me Monday morning at 840am after dropping my car off and informed me the department had recommended some things to get done. After hearing some of the pricing on things, I opted to only get a few of them taken care of as the others I know I can get done much cheaper elsewhere. Brake pads were one of the things i had them check, which Lee said needed to be changed which they could do for the cost of 129.99. I gave the go ahead on that since it is comparable to other places. He also said the alignment needed to be done, which I figured and had asked them to check. He quoted me a price of 119.99 I believe, and when I questioned why it was that much since they are advertising it for 94.99 on their website he changed it for me. I also had the oil changed and cabin filter changed. Upon picking my car up, I was given a bill of almost $600 which didn't add up at all so I started to review the bill. First, they tried to charge me 119.99 for the alignment again, and then to my surprise when I got to the break pad replacement there was a charge of $280! When I asked what that was about, Lee said it included resurfacing of the rotors and pads. When I said he never mentioned having the rotors resurfaced nor did I approve it he said that of course I did approve it. When I pressed further on the issue, saying I never would have approved that price because I can get it done much cheaper elsewhere, or even do them myself, and neither did he mention anything about rotors needing to be resurfaced, he said that the rotors are always resurfaced when break pads are replaced. Must be a Honda thing, because I have gotten breaks replaced multiple times and never once did they automatically resurface the rotors with it. It's always an additional price option. Regardless, the price he quoted me was wrong anyway. Lee did take off the resurfacing price (turns out its not automatically grouped into the break pad replacement price...imagine that), and charged me 180 for the pad replacement - still 50.00 above what I was originally quoted. After reluctantly paying this amount, my car was pulled around to me by a service tech whose name I did not catch and he informed me that my battery died! He did a quick battery check and said it looked ok for the time being but it may happen again. Well thanks. Seems like something that should have been checked on in my routine maintenance request. Needing my car back, I declined to have it checked further and I will take it to another place if necessary. Upon driving my car away, I noticed when I let go of the wheel that the car drifts directly to the right pretty quickly. So I paid for an alignment on top of that that didnt even do anything. I will never go back to this place. I was looking into buying a new honda as well, an SI that I had requested information on a little bit ago. I can tell you that it won't be from this place though! I took my car new car, under warranty, with all the lights on the dash ON, all of them, they just say to leave it and take un Uber or have someone pick me up, did not offer a loaner or any assistance, car is under warranty, I wasn’t sure if it was safe to drive like that, but my safety was the least of their concerns. They did an oil change on my husbands civic, the car started to act weird, we took it to Coconut Point Honda and after diagnosis it turned out they put so much extra oil, that the car was struggling. I am a very reasonable person but the customer service on this specific dealership leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend it to anyone. If you want good service for your Honda look somewhere else. More

A great experience buying a new car We went To Germaine Honda looking to purchase a used Honda Odyssey, we had seen on their website. When we arrived We were greeted by Mona Janjic. She brought us to test drive the car we inquired about as well as offered some other options. We decided the used cars weren’t for us. We never felt pressured to purchase. We felt she genuinely wanted to help us find a car. When it came time for the one we wanted, we were very clear about needing a great price on a new One since we initially weren’t budgeting for new. She spoke with her manager one time and came back with a great offer ( none of this back and forth stuff). Our experience was quick. Even with Anthony Leli in the finance dept. He reviewed finance options and tried to get us a lower interest rate than USAA or our credit union. He spent time telling us about the extended warrantys available as well. After everything was done, Mona sat with me in the car reviewing all the features and assisted me with connecting to apple play. It was a great experience. Would recommend ???????? More

I was very impressed with the positive writings and how Steve Hill engaged with his customers and decided to go in on Monday morning 9 am. I asked Steve to be assigned to a sales associate who was knowledgeable and professional. I was assigned to Wael Aziziyah. We discussed exactly what I was looking for and was thorough, honest and efficient. All my interactions with the team here in Naples was very positive. I bought a car and even had it driven to my house the same day. Also involved in this positive experience was Rony Levy and Audrey Bennett. Bravo everyone. Even the Labor Day bar-b-q hot dogs for the staff and guests was a good plus! Bravo to this well-run business. More
