tyler smith I went to Germain Honda to repair my 2018 Accord which was recalled for a software issue with the rear camera display. Tyler Smith was my service advi I went to Germain Honda to repair my 2018 Accord which was recalled for a software issue with the rear camera display. Tyler Smith was my service advisor and I must tell you that he was very personable and knowledgeable explaining to me what the issue was, how it would be fixed and what I might expect after like resetting prior radio station setups, etc. I got the car back in less time that was estimated and I was very pleased with the service. The dealership is A1 and so is Tyler. Thank you for making a positive experience for me. More
