Excellent customer service. Jheni Felix was amazing to work with. She is very communicative and kind. Jheni made the experience uncomplicated and made us feel like we were her friends. We had a new car work with. She is very communicative and kind. Jheni made the experience uncomplicated and made us feel like we were her friends. We had a new car within 5 days of contacting the dealership and speaking to her. The dealership itself was very clean and modern (it's a shame they're knocking it down and rebuilding). We got a great deal and the finance department and James Howald were really easy to work with. We've had bad experiences at other dealerships where everyone is rude and just does the bare minimum to get their paychecks but this was the complete opposite experience. Next time we need a car, Germain Honda of Dublin and specifically, Jheni Felix will be our first call. More
