You pull in for your scheduled appointment, stand by your car (by the way the garage is spotless, no clutter - white and shinny) and dept. is great. I was very happy with Chris Robinson. I was very unhappy with the cost of my repair. Seat pad needed to be replaced on my CR-Z. The pad..THE PAD...was $321.30. 3 hours on the labor, and yes, I do believe it with the cost of my repair. Seat pad needed to be replaced on my CR-Z. The pad..THE PAD...was $321.30. 3 hours on the labor, and yes, I do believe it took that long at $159.95 PER HOUR. Let's say the guy that did the work made $30.00 an hour. That means Germaine made $129.95 PER HOUR...to replace the pad in my driver's seat. I can think of no instance where that is a fair price. More
