At first what seemed like a nightmare, Germain and especially Chris Miller, were able to help us. We came in to get a new, used car after having one of ours totaled by our insurance company. When we first got our replacement car, we had a great, easy process until we learned from our insurance company that the actual title for the car we just bought was salvaged and uninsurable because of frame damage. This was all despite a clean CarFax and no reported damages to the dealer. Chris and the Management Dept quickly came to our aide to help us exchange the salvaged car for a different one, the very same day we got the unfortunate news from insurance. They did everything in their power to accommodate us and ensure that we left keys in hand and with a smile. Big shoutout to Christopher Miller. More
