The service tech did an excellent job of repairing multiple items in time for the shuttle to pick me up the same day. One problem that he may not have known about happening was that the radio was loc multiple items in time for the shuttle to pick me up the same day. One problem that he may not have known about happening was that the radio was locked out because when a new battery is put in this car the radio becomes locked out and a special code has to be inserted to turn on the radio.. He did not have access to the code. After getting home I was able to find my record of the code and finally figured out how to insert the code to turn on the radio. Wen replacing a battery he tech need to alert the owner about this radio problem... More
