When I arrived at the dealership I was confused on where to go but I saw Matt right off so I asked him to help me and I'm glad I did. Here we go, in mid August I called to speak with a car salesman regarding a 1999 Toyota Camry LE that just became available on the lot. I currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona and was excited about purchas salesman regarding a 1999 Toyota Camry LE that just became available on the lot. I currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona and was excited about purchasing the vehicle Over the Phone, and decided I would travel to Ohio to pick it up. I originally spoke with salesman Matt Shindler on the phone and he was very short and snippy with me. Almost as If I was wasting his time. Anyhow, this is a positive review for the worthy, So after not getting good vibes from Matt Shindler, I took a few breaths to calm down and decided to wait 10 minutes before calling back and requested to speak with the sales manager Marvin. Marvin was the coolest guy ever, I told him I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and he said he would go outside and take photos of the vehicle for me since they were not yet posted online. I told Marvin I would like to purchase a vehicle and he agreed to hold it for me until the next morning to have the contract written up. That is when I heard from Jheni. From the moment I spoke with her she was very communicative and passionate about ensuring my cell went through with no issues. She was very communicative and walked me through each step of the process. Jheni Always went the extra mile to make sure any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. There was no pressure at all and she even made sure the detail shop clean the vehicle and restored the headlights for me. She knew I was making a cross-country road trip and insured that the oil was changed and the vehicle was serviced accordingly. I cannot say enough good things about Marvin and Jheni. They were very friendly and treated me like family even though I purchased a 3,000 vehicle and not a 30,000 vehicle. Jheni even requested a managers approval to pick me up from the airport when I arrived. They could have very easily said no with covid 19 going on but they ensured I was not stranded at the airport in a city I was unfamiliar with. All I can simply say is, if you find yourself looking for a new or used vehicle, do not hesitate to call Germain Honda. Just make sure you request to speak with Jheni or Marvin as this was the second positive experience I had. Almost brought a tear to my eye to be honest. If Matt Shindler answers the phone or greets you in the parking lot, put on your best running shoes run like Usain Bolt! God bless and good luck with your vehicle purchase!
