Our salesperson was Cody and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to go through how every option worked with us after the purchase. We also got a very fair price for our trade in which helped us get the payment we needed, price negotiations didnt feel extremely stressful as it has felt at other places my husband and I have been. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely be back in the future. More
I just bought/leased my 3rd Honda from Frank Pulsinelli. This is 3 vehicles in 4 years he's fantastic, and so are my Honda's. I drive 1,000 miles a week on business and my 08' Honda Accord coupe is great. T This is 3 vehicles in 4 years he's fantastic, and so are my Honda's. I drive 1,000 miles a week on business and my 08' Honda Accord coupe is great. Then due to their safety rating I leased a 10' Honda Fit for my 17 yr old and we love it. This July 4th weekend I leased a 11' Honda Accord Sedan for my 82 yr old mother and she loves it, very easy for her to drive. My son's 16th is in November and I'll be visiting Frank again, he and the folks at Germain Honda of Dublin were great. Thank you Frank. More
I made initial contact with the dealer through their webpage. Chris and Diana provided me with some prices and followed up with a phone call to answer some more questions. When I went to the dealer I met Chris and looked over the new CR-V. I knew what I wanted and Chris had my trade-in appraised right away. Chris and I were able to agree on the numbers pretty quickly. It was a smooth, low stress process. Not like a lot of local dealers. I was promplty processed through finance and ready to take delivery. Delivery took some time, but it was the last day of the month and the dealer was busy. Overall, Chris was a champ and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

I recently had service perfomed at the dealership and was leary at first. Jim, was very kind and explained everything in great detail that was done on my 2006 Honda Pilot. 1. So we bought a Certified Honda from this dealer and they "did" 150 point inspection. Can you please tell me how you miss that there is no seat belt in the car? Rear Passenger seat has no seat belt in t they "did" 150 point inspection. Can you please tell me how you miss that there is no seat belt in the car? Rear Passenger seat has no seat belt in the wall. Nothing! now they want me to come in so they can look at it and order the part, then I can come back again and they can install it. Here's a great idea order the ****** seat belt and put it in the first time I come in. 2. There was a service history in the glove box when I test drove it, we go inside and purchase it, come out, nothing in the glove box and they won't give it to me. These people suck. 3. We ask them to clean it up before giving us the keys as it was sitting under a tree. The white paint still had black dirt marks in it after "running it through the wash." 4. While there I order the all weather mats, and pay for them upfront. 5 days later, when I'm expecting the call they should be ready for pickup, I get the call saying they don't make them anymore and by the way here is the refund. Enough, this place is a joke. More

Cindy did an excellent job in every way taking care of my needs, answering questions and in seeing that my price was the lowest possible. The loan officer, Marcello, research the lowest interest rate available and got a great rate for me, better than my own credit union. The manager, Mike, was there to offer his help in any way possible. All in all, this was an outstanding purchase! More
I have been taking my car to Germain for all service needs for the last 5-6 years, ever since Jim was a service advisor. He has always been exceedingly friendly, courteous, and respectful, qualities tha needs for the last 5-6 years, ever since Jim was a service advisor. He has always been exceedingly friendly, courteous, and respectful, qualities that didn't exist when my former service place was bought out. A friend of mine at that time referred me to Immke and, even though I was a little hesitant about taking my car to a Honda dealer, I followed her suggestion and have never looked back. No matter what is being done for service, whether it is just an oil change or a timing belt change, Jim has always gone back and spoken with the mechanic to make sure everything has been done perfectly to my satisfaction. Connie now, and Terry Eckard previously, have always explained any questions I may have had and have let me know each time when an item would soon need to be replaced. If Jim or Connie ever leave Germain, I will be following them...they are outstanding service representatives. More
I knew Frank from other business dealings & was certain he would be knowledgable & treat me fairly when I needed a new car 3 yrs ago. After driving Chevrolets for ages, I decided to travel across town to this Honda dealership to take advantage of Frank's expertise. I thought I was going to lease a new Civic but found then that the new Accord was a better deal. However, 3 yrs later, I found myself again wanting the smaller car, & Frank got me into a beautiful dark gray Civic. I have had red, white, & blue cars, but love this color & get alot of compliments on it. It should be practical, also, as will the gray interior. After almost 2 wks of driving the new Civic, I am in love with it, as Frank told me I would be. He also has helped me with insuring the car, finding me a better deal than my company of 50(!) yrs could offer me. Thanks, Frank! More
