My car had been towed here twice within 4 days, so I was having a bad week. The last drop off was before the Fourth of July. Some shipping mix up ended up delaying my parts by another 5 days from when I dro having a bad week. The last drop off was before the Fourth of July. Some shipping mix up ended up delaying my parts by another 5 days from when I dropped it off. I called the switchboard to confirm it was finally ready and was dropped off by a friend. Unfortunately my car was not ready and I was stranded without a ride back home 75 miles away. Eddie Sorrell happened to overhear the whole situation and helped me get back home - at no cost to me. Additionally, the next day, he worked some magic and got my car repaired for a fraction of what it had been estimated at. After a pretty relentless week, Eddie made it as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thanks a lot to your team. More

I would definately recommend Germain to friends or family everyone there was very pleasant and very helpful. The same day I bought the car I drove home I couldnt get the car to go back in reverse.Frank was a everyone there was very pleasant and very helpful. Tom called after the last review I posted, and promised to clean the car and replace the tire. He was hopeful to get the car back into service the next day, but I left on a trip and parked the car in the garage for the weekend with the bad tire. Brought it back in, received a loaner car. Tom greeted me and identified that the detailing job was pretty bad. He had my floor mats and installed them right away. By 5pm I had my tire replaced and the detail job was finally done correctly. This has been a much better experience. By the way, Tom tossed in the mats for free ($150) which is a nice gesture considering all the time and trouble I've had getting the car back to even (all of this should have been corrected prior to putting it on the lot to be sold.) I'm still not sold that the additional 5 year detail/oil change option for $600 is worth it, but time will tell. Tom also worked out the paperwork so I finally received my Title to register the car after 28 days. I'm very happy that it is all over and after 28 days I can just enjoy the car. More
