I would definately recommend Germain to friends or family everyone there was very pleasant and very helpful. The same day I bought the car I drove home I couldnt get the car to go back in reverse.Frank was a everyone there was very pleasant and very helpful. He was hopeful to get the car back into service the next day, but I left on a trip and parked the car in the garage for the weekend with the bad tire. Brought it back in, received a loaner car. Tom greeted me and identified that the detailing job was pretty bad. He had my floor mats and installed them right away. By 5pm I had my tire replaced and the detail job was finally done correctly. This has been a much better experience. By the way, Tom tossed in the mats for free ($150) which is a nice gesture considering all the time and trouble I've had getting the car back to even (all of this should have been corrected prior to putting it on the lot to be sold.) I'm still not sold that the additional 5 year detail/oil change option for $600 is worth it, but time will tell. Tom also worked out the paperwork so I finally received my Title to register the car after 28 days. I'm very happy that it is all over and after 28 days I can just enjoy the car. More

Our salesperson was Cody and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to go through how every option worked with us after the purchase. We also got a very fair price for our trade in which helped us get the payment we needed, price negotiations didnt feel extremely stressful as it has felt at other places my husband and I have been. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely be back in the future. More

I just bought/leased my 3rd Honda from Frank Pulsinelli. This is 3 vehicles in 4 years he's fantastic, and so are my Honda's. This July 4th weekend I leased a 11' Honda Accord Sedan for my 82 yr old mother and she loves it, very easy for her to drive. When I went to the dealer I met Chris and looked over the new CR-V. I knew what I wanted and Chris had my trade-in appraised right away. Chris and I were able to agree on the numbers pretty quickly. It was a smooth, low stress process. Not like a lot of local dealers. I was promplty processed through finance and ready to take delivery. Delivery took some time, but it was the last day of the month and the dealer was busy. Overall, Chris was a champ and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Honda. More
