When I went in and look at the civic si I wasn't think I'll be able to get the car but bob help me getting the car, I'm happy now! Plus he teach me how to drive a m.t, it isn't easy but I got it! We purchased a new Odyssey last week from Germain Honda. Brandon Clayton was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Not once, did we feel pressured to buy the car. We are fairly new to the Columbus area and chose Germain because we had maintenance done on our 2000 Odyssey several times and were always pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Everyone was friendly and made us feel comfortable. It was definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had! The dealership manager,Mike Eagle,was also a pleasure to work with!! More

I liked everything about this dealership, from my first test drive to picking up my new car. I had never driven a Honda and I was very pleased when my test drive proved to be a great experience. Zac is friendly and greets customers with a smile. I feel like a valued customer whether I am having major service done or a bulb changed. My salesman Frank P. Was recommended to me by a friend. I in turn would recommend him. Great experience, honest and hard working, gave me plenty of options and choices on several models. I gave this rating to Josh and the Germain staff for the overall experience of buying a new car from them. Josh made sure I knew every button in my new CR-V. I recently purchased a Civic at Germain Honda. After considering other options I was referred to Jessica Germain. (Actually, I have been taking my Odyssey to their service department for several years considering other options I was referred to Jessica Germain. Jessica was/is a wonderful person as well as a professional. We actually worked with Frank P. and he was very knowledgable, and proactive, in helping us find the right car for our needs. I have bought several cars from this dealership and I always worked with Chris Glover. I just bought a Honda Crosstour and Chris walked me through the entire process flawlessly. My Wife and I looked at a used 2010 Odyssey and made an offer to purchase contingent upon them being able to remove a strong odor from the well and all the floor mats. They called to let me know the had co offer to purchase contingent upon them being able to remove a strong odor from the well and all the floor mats. They called to let me know the had completed the work. Returned to the dealer only to find the odor was still there along with pet hair still in the carpet. The salesman did everything right it was the other people at Germain who let him down. They needed to do what they said they would do. They failed. If this is how they address this issue before the sale, I can't imagine them following through after the sale. Therefore I can't recommend this dealer. I know you will find a better Honda buying experience with another dealer. More
