My car had been towed here twice within 4 days, so I was having a bad week. The last drop off was before the Fourth of July. Unfortunately my car was not ready and I was stranded without a ride back home 75 miles away. Eddie Sorrell happened to overhear the whole situation and helped me get back home - at no cost to me. Additionally, the next day, he worked some magic and got my car repaired for a fraction of what it had been estimated at. After a pretty relentless week, Eddie made it as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thanks a lot to your team. More
