I usually hate car shopping. I hate high pressure sales techniques and do not like the back and forth of getting the best deal. I walked into the dealership and the General Manager was sitting behind the r techniques and do not like the back and forth of getting the best deal. I walked into the dealership and the General Manager was sitting behind the reception desk. She was "filling in" on a Sunday. Jesscia Germain (General Manager) was very friendly and wanted to help me find a sales person who would not pressure me at all. She chose Cindy who was great. We discussed what I wanted and how much it would cost. She encouraged me to make any offer I felt was fair and she presented it to her sales manager. I did not get the feeling at any time that I was being pressured, and the deal was very straight forward. I would recommend Germain Honda on Sawmill Road Columbus Ohio!!! More
I met Gary Kennedy approximately 19 years ago when he was a service adviser and I had a problem with one of my cars when I was in college (I'm now an attorney). I was so impressed with how superbly Gary tre a service adviser and I had a problem with one of my cars when I was in college (I'm now an attorney). I was so impressed with how superbly Gary treated me and how friendly, honest, conscientious and knowledgeable he was, I have taken my cars to Gary for all my service and body shop needs ever since. Over all those many years, Gary has always treated me great. He always makes sure any service I have done is done right and done timely and that I am treated very well. Although I now live out in Johnstown, I still come all the way to Dublin to see Gary for every service he can provide - from simple oil changes to the biggest of repairs (including items like tires, etc.). Because of how highly I think of Gary and his opinions and how much I trust him, I have referred numerous friends and family to Gary over the years, and just a couple months ago I asked Gary for a referral to a salesperson at Germain (and then I bought a car from the person Gary referred me to). I can honestly say I have never met anyone who provided more outstanding customer service than Gary and that is the reason why Gary has, multiple times over, permanently earned all my automobile business. Mr. Kennedy is the type of employee that keeps customers for auto dealers.. In this day and age customer service is the key to keeping customers and Mr. Kennedy gets that! Every once in a while you come across an employee who's very presence can make a difference in your day. Jenny is this person. While I am sure you have many wonderful employees, I was fortunate to have Jen very presence can make a difference in your day. Jenny is this person. She is truly one of the most positive, friendly people you could have the pleasure working with. My service turned out to be much more than planned, and she was empathetic, understanding, and very soothing. She did not try to sugar-coat things. She simply responded as a friend who cared about my personal situation, while still maintaining professionalism. It is quite a balance to achieve this. I can assure you, she shines in her approach to customers. You should feel very proud about having her as an employee. I have been in the Customer Service firld for 30 years, so have high expectations. She far exceeded them! I will always ask for her in the future. Please don't let her go anywhere! She is such an asset to you!!! More

My wife and I were very pleased with Perry Lynch. He followed through with what he told he would do. The problem with our '09 CR-V seems to be resolved. The only problem I experienced was trying to learn the status of the repair. The car was dropped off at 8:30 8/30/2011. I was not called during the day. When I called the service dept. that evening to learn the status, I was put on hold. I don't know with whom I was speaking, but I got cut off. I called back; got cut off again. It happened two more times for a total of four. I gave up and picked up the car the next morning. More

Chris provided a very accurate assessment of when my vehicle would be ready to pick up, as well as notified me as soon as it was ready to go. When I got back in my vehicle it was looked and felt like it was brand new again. I look forward to working with Chris and Honda in the future, and as a young professional in Columbus, with service and performance like Chris and the Germain team, I expect to have a long relationship with Germain Honda of Dublin.
