Brought in my 98 Accord in for some routine maintaince service so I decided to check out the new Accord. Went into the showroom and was greeted by Kirti, Great guy. I told him exactly what I wanted but un service so I decided to check out the new Accord. Went into the showroom and was greeted by Kirti, Great guy. I told him exactly what I wanted but unfortunately, the car was not in stock but he told me it was arriving within a week. A week later, gives me a call the car just came off the truck and told me that it'll be ready for delivery the next day. Was really happy with the delivery process and was greeted by Jessica Germain at time of delivery. I will definitely be back for my next Honda purchase at Germain. I went in to buy a new car and was happy with the no pressure to buy at the start. When it came down to finishing the deal the salesman went ahead and ran my credit after we had talked and my wife and m pressure to buy at the start. The deal was still working on the price and the payment when he ran the credit report so we feft the dealership. We would of bought their if he hadnt ran my report without my permisssion. I am sorry that the salesman couldn't follow as wishes and lost a sale. Maybe next time he will listen to the customer needs and walk away happy with a sale. More

Chris was excellent to work with. He had a though knowledge of the vehicles that he showed us. He provided the information needed to make the decision but did not push or oversell the car. We arrived at about 6:30pm and drove off with a new car at 8pm. More
