I went in to buy a new car and was happy with the no pressure to buy at the start. When it came down to finishing the deal the salesman went ahead and ran my credit after we had talked and my wife and m pressure to buy at the start. The deal was still working on the price and the payment when he ran the credit report so we feft the dealership. We would of bought their if he hadnt ran my report without my permisssion. I am sorry that the salesman couldn't follow as wishes and lost a sale. Maybe next time he will listen to the customer needs and walk away happy with a sale. More

I would recommend this dealership because the day we bought our 2 cars we had just left another dealership where the many sales people there were waiting in their lot like a Hawk on its prey. Arriving inside our sales person Cindy La Rose was friendly and assisted us by listening to what we were needing and not to make a sale. We were provided with and overall experience of getting the best deal we could for our financial situation. The customer service was that this sales person was interested in helping us with what we needed and wanted. The quality of work sent us home in 2 new cars and the price was great and an affordable loan in todays economy of high interest loans. My family would and has since our purchase recommend Germain Honda Of Dublin as people who care about their customers needs. I purchased a used 2005 Honda Accord EXL (certified used care) on September, 1, 2008. I did have a few minor issues that were taken care of with no questions or issues. I feel very comfortable taking his word for what is needed to be done to my car for it to last for another 4 years or longer. Eddie knows I'm no a budget and will tell me what needs to be done now and what I can budget for to take care of in the future. With todays economy this is a great attribute and one that really helps me and my family. I would describe Eddie and his charecter as honest, knowledgeable, full of integrity, and very customer oriented.
