I recently had Vandalism to my car. I took it Germain Honda and they were able to get the paint off of my car and fix the finish all in one day! I've now had 4 cars serviced at this dealership, and have purchased the two most recent here (the other two were purchased before I lived in the area). I took my daughter's Civic in for some repair and maintence work which included some repair work to the windhield wiper assembly. When I picked it up unfortunately there was a crack in the windshiel maintence work which included some repair work to the windhield wiper assembly. When I picked it up unfortunately there was a crack in the windshield that was not there when I dropped it off. I brought it to the attention of the service technician who referred me to Eddie Sorrell. Eddie looked it over and and determined that the crack occured while at the dealership and replaced the windshield without any hassles whatsoever. More

John was a great salesman. My family and I test drove both the 2012 Odyssey and the 2012 Pilot, and he did an excellent job of reviewing options and pricing. The last time I bought a new care was eleven both the 2012 Odyssey and the 2012 Pilot, and he did an excellent job of reviewing options and pricing. The last time I bought a new care was eleven years ago, so I didn't want to make a sudden decision. He didn't pressure me when I said I wanted to ruminate on it. I thought about the purchase for a couple of days, and John called to make an offer I couldn't refuse. Then I went back and he let me test drive both again. He walked me through every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable about my decision. I've had the Pilot for a week and am extremely happy with it. More
Chris Glover worked with me several months online before we came in on 11/09/11 to purchase our Honda Pilot. Chris came in on his DAY OFF to help us. He respectfully turned down the loud music at our request so we could focus when he talked to us. He also contacted us after the purchase to see if we had any questions. He reminds us of the great experience we had in Oct. 2008 with the online person that worked for Immke Honda at this location(Dan Beierle). No gimmicks, not a lot of pressure, respectfully giving us time between many emails to respond and telling it like it is. I filled out an online form a few weeks prior to the purchase of my Pilot on the Germain Honda website asking specifically in the comments to have Chris call me but someone else did and tried to tell me that Chris worked on the floor more than he did with online sales. I told the caller to have Chris call me, but he did not tell Chris that message, so I contacted Chris again and we went from there. I did not like this interaction with the caller because I told them I wanted Chris to call me and it was written in my comments that way. This is the third vehicle we have pruchased from this location(two from Immke Honda, one from Germain). Marcello went over service contracts swiftly and did not pressure us. The service deparment is very good in particular Jim Sutton who we have worked with over the years. Mr. Rodriguez prepared our car for us and was good about explaining the car to us. The sales room has a different tenor now vs. when it was Immke Honda, I realize that this is a competitive business, I had been to Germain Lexus( I felt pressured there too) when I was looking at cars in 2003 but ended up going to Immke Honda to get my 2004 Pilot. I also got a call from someone at the front desk after I was in for a service call in the summer and happened to go in and browse at cars in the showroom. I don't like getting these phone calls and I prefer doing this online vs. going in and bargaining and going back and forth. I do not like this webiste and that you have to go through hoops to write the review and HAVE TO REGISTER TO GET THIS SUBMITTED, GOOD GRIEF More
No high pressure. Everyone I met was helpful from the first time I stepped into the dealership to when I left with my new car. We were in the market for a new car to lease as our family expanded. Cindy offered us a very reasonable price up front, was very open and did not baulk at our requested numbers when negotiating. The entire staff there has been very helpful and accomodating. We even signed up for the extras package that gives us unlimited carwashes for the length of our lease and whenever we stop in to do so, the staff is friendly and accomodating and the waiting room is comfy and entertaining, not that we have ever waited longer than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Cindy and the Germain staff at this location to anyone who wants a hassle-free experience. More
