I took my daughter's Civic in for some repair and maintence work which included some repair work to the windhield wiper assembly. The last time I bought a new care was eleven years ago, so I didn't want to make a sudden decision. He didn't pressure me when I said I wanted to ruminate on it. I thought about the purchase for a couple of days, and John called to make an offer I couldn't refuse. Then I went back and he let me test drive both again.
