I was slightly nervous going into it, but Chris Glover was my sales consultant and he made everything much easier. H and it was a great experience. I purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey on June 2. We purchased this vehicle prior to it being detailed, etc from Carl Murray. We were told we could pick the van up the following Wednesday. Carl called us that day and told us the car would not be ready until Friday. So, on Friday we were told once again that the car was still not ready and that we could pick it up the following Wednesday. So Wednesday comes and we are finally able to pick up the vehicle (almost 2 weeks after buying the car). The car was clean on the inside, but the outside had multiple scratches that were not taken care of. Within a week of having the car, we had to take it to the shop because of a knocking noise by one of the tires and because the front right tire was completely flat (a brand new tire). We took the car to Tansky Honda in Zanesville because it is closer to where we live and they told us the back right roter needed replaced and the valve stem had a leak and that is why the tire was flat. So we spent the $$ and my husband fixed the tire and roter himself. In the meantime, I had called Carl several times about this problem and he NEVER called back. I finally asked to speak to a manager and they directed me to Todd who did call me back the first time right away. He explained my warranties that I had and told us that we had a "certified" van and we never should have had to replace the roter this early. The second major issue that we've had is that they gave us 30 day tags that started on June 2 and would expire on July 1. I called Todd on June 22 to let him know that we had not received our memorandum of the title to get our new tags and that we were leaving for vacation on June 24 and would not be home until June 29 so I would not know if we had received the title in the mail. I asked for him to call me back to make sure this was taken care of while on vacation and to no surprise, Todd NEVER called me back. We got back home from vacation on June 29 and we still had not received the title in the mail. The next morning, I called Germain again to tell them I had not received the info I needed in the mail to get new tags. I was told that day that Todd would call me back that day (which he never did) and at that time, I also left a message with Jessica Germain because I am tired of people not calling me back. Jessica has yet to call me back of course (5 days later). Todd finally did call back a couple days later. He said they would send me a reimbursement check in the mail for the roter, but we will see if that happens. Carl was also called 2 times again and NEVER called back. We finally did receive the memorandum of title in the mail on June 30. This is unacceptable when the tags expired on July 1 which was a Sunday. Everyone knows the license bureau is closed on Sundays. So here we are driving around with expired tags because the license bureau does not have power now due to the storm. This would have never happened had Germain done their job and given us at least a week to get new tags. I will never buy another vehicle from Germain again. As far as I'm concerned, once they sell you the vehicle you might as well forget about hearing from them or anything else for that matter. They got your money, so "see ya." That is how I feel we were treated. They do not return phone calls, so if you need something you might as well do it yourself because they do not call people back. More

I contacted several other dealers to get pricing and each time felt as though I was working hard in order to purchase a car. I received a fair trade in appraisal and a fair price on my new car. When I left that evening I had purchased a new civic. The experience was so easy. I just want to let everyone know that I have been going to this dealership since I bought my car in 2006 and Eddie Sorrell has been the most wonderful person when it comes to helping out the customers. I spoke with Diane first thing on a Monday morning with great interest in a vehicle they advertised online. She was going to get a few answers about the vehicle and get back to me. 7 hours later i called great interest in a vehicle they advertised online. She was going to get a few answers about the vehicle and get back to me. 7 hours later i called back because i hadn't heard and didn't want the vehicle to get away. The ball had been dropped and forgotten about. She promised to take care of it. Heard from John the sales manager 3 hours later, talked about the vehicle and my trade in and i committed to buy the vehicle. He said someone was there to test drive it and i reiterated that i wanted to buy it. He called me back later to tell me it was now sold. When i confronted him about selling despite my commitment to buy his response was "I had a warm body with cash. I had to sell it". Bottom line: Terrible business ethics. They could have easily and quickly taken a credit card deposit, which i would have given had he not practically hung up on me to go on the test drive, or called back to get one. If you don't or can't get to their showroom, don't bother trying to buy a vehicle from this dealer. More
