I contacted several other dealers to get pricing and each time felt as though I was working hard in order to purchase a car. I received a fair trade in appraisal and a fair price on my new car. When I left that evening I had purchased a new civic. The experience was so easy. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
I just want to let everyone know that I have been going to this dealership since I bought my car in 2006 and Eddie Sorrell has been the most wonderful person when it comes to helping out the customers. I spoke with Diane first thing on a Monday morning with great interest in a vehicle they advertised online. She was going to get a few answers about the vehicle and get back to me. 7 hours later i called great interest in a vehicle they advertised online. She was going to get a few answers about the vehicle and get back to me. 7 hours later i called back because i hadn't heard and didn't want the vehicle to get away. The ball had been dropped and forgotten about. She promised to take care of it. Heard from John the sales manager 3 hours later, talked about the vehicle and my trade in and i committed to buy the vehicle. He said someone was there to test drive it and i reiterated that i wanted to buy it. He called me back later to tell me it was now sold. When i confronted him about selling despite my commitment to buy his response was "I had a warm body with cash. I had to sell it". Bottom line: Terrible business ethics. They could have easily and quickly taken a credit card deposit, which i would have given had he not practically hung up on me to go on the test drive, or called back to get one. If you don't or can't get to their showroom, don't bother trying to buy a vehicle from this dealer. More
Frank was as helpful as I could have wanted. Anytime I had a question or was confused during any part of the process he was more than capable, and more than willing to get things cleared up. I felt like while I was at Germain Honda of Dublin he was working for me instead of working for Honda. I could not ask for anything more in a sales rep. I was not only impressed by his demeanor and attitude but also his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that we were having a good experience by getting us food/drinks etc. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend not only Germain Honda of Dublin but Frank Pulsinelli as well. 10 out of 10! More
Clyde always has a warm and friendly smile and is so helpful to me in taking care of my car. He makes sure to tell me about any maintenance and repair issues and he works with the techs to get me in an helpful to me in taking care of my car. I am deleting my original review of Germain Honda and changing it to 4 stars. The dealership has (finally) returned my call and resolved the issue. Am am not giving 5 stars tho, since it has taken them a while to return a phone call. They were however, very friendly and willing to resolve the problem, which was probably just a mistunderstanding. I would now recommend this dealership, but with caution. Just be sure you read everything thoroughly and if you do not want "gap insurance" - make sure you make that very clear. More

We were set to go with another dealer, but wanted to explore other options. From the moment we spoke to Cindy on the phone we were hooked! Her warmth honesty, and enthusiasm came over the phone and we decided we wanted to work with her. She was great to work with every step of the way. Always positive, patient and relaxed. No pressure at all. She truly did everything she possibly could to ensure our satisfaction. After the sale, when we had a small problem with the finance department, she stepped in to work everything out. Cindy LeRose is a gem! More
Great dealership. This is my 5th Honda from Germain and beforehand, Immeke Honda over the last 14 years. I've gotten: 1 Accord Sedan 2 Accord Coupes 1 Fit 1 Honda Crosstour. More
