I had a 2 year old Tundra Pickup with 2800 miles on it that I didn't drive because it's so big and hard on gas. She was very helpful in finding a Pilot that would substitute for the Tundra, giving me more interior space, and more comfortable drive as well as much better on gas. She located one of the only 2 in the state that met my needs and was the right color on Germain's lot. I was very surprised and pleased with their trade in offer, and agreed to buy the car.But when I went home to get the paper work for the trade, another Salesman sold the car. I was disappointed, but Germain and Meredith took it upon themselves to order in another identical car from another dealer 125 miles away. They called the next day and said the Pilot was in their lot and available if I still wanted one. They were very apologetic about the snafu on the first Pilot I looked at, and said they'd do "whatever it takes" to make me a happy Pilot owner. I was most pleased with Meredith's attitude in keeping a customer satisfied and she worked with her managers to put the deal together and get the dealer-installed options I'd selected the next day and get me on the road. More
