I must say that this dealership goes above and beyond for their customers when it's possible. I live about 3.5hours away from this place and my trip was not wasted. The ease of buying from them, the friendliness, and I was very impressive how fast they reply to my questions/concerns. Josh Wiswell was a great sale rep, but I was very impress by Jessica Kincaid who was the one calling me back and updating me on my certain case. With that type of attention I was blown away. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Bottom line my expectation went through the roof. I thank this team for everything they did for me and please keep up the great work! More

They work hard on customer service and it shows! Biggest cause of the 4 rating -- closing the deal took nearly 2 hours from the moment we said yes! Finance needs to be a lot more productive and efficient. Lots of sitting and waiting before we even saw the FM. Ridiculous really, almost to the point at 10:15 pm that I was ready to walk! Picking up the SUV was a very nice experience. Guys in the shop were quick in getting plates transferred, answering questions and getting us out in good time! More
