Tammy Piper was very good. On time, available, and generally very helpful, and made the decision to buy easy. Downhill from there. Ms. Morrone sold fog lights to me that were already included in the price of the car, even though Tammy had mentioned to her that they were standard on my model. I didn't discover this until I picked up the car, and by that time, the financing was already completed, and Germain had to reimburse me the cost of the fog lights. Also wanted a one year finance deal with Honda, which was originally completed, only to receive a call a few days later, saying that one year financing wasn't permitted, and I would have to sign for 2 years. Had to come back twice to complete this paperwork. The first time, I waited for 30 minutes, and no one came to help me, even though I had checked in with one of the people at the desk. Second time was quick and efficient though. Megan Morrone had scheduled and appointment for completion of window tinting/accessories installation, but to the best of my knowledge, I didn't know about this until Germain called that day to ask where the car was. The re-scheduled appointment was about two more weeks later. I brought the car in, was told it should be done in a few hours, and since I had a tight schedule that day, asked that they call with a definite time when the car would be done, so when I returned to pick it up, it would definitely be ready. I was assured by the man I left the car with that Ms. Morrone would call. Nobody called. I called the dealership several times that afternoon, talked with the receptionist, but she was unable to get anyone on the phone who could tell me if my car was ready. After several calls, I did receive a call from Ms. Morrone that the car would be ready at 4-5pm. My expectation was to be without the car for several hours, not all day. Throughout the whole process, it seemed I could never get any one on the phone who could help me, but only their voicemail....convenient for them, but not me. I did not enjoy the numerous attempts by multiple employee's to sell add-on insurance, paint protection, etc. I realize now that I should have had my window tinting done on my own, and Columbus Car Audio, apparently the same company that does it for Germain. Bet it would have been sooner, faster,/ and cheaper. The car is beautiful, runs well, and work done on the car seems very good. But I don't believe that this is good customer service. More

Buying a car in this class and price range was a big deal for us. We live up near Cleveland and my husband expanded his search to Columbus.Carl was professional and patient working with my husband to close t for us. He made certain, in writing that a few scratcehs would be repaired at no cost. When I called Carl for some information regarding the radio code and the buyer's guide he was eager to get the corrrect information for me. He was pleasant and upbeat in our conversations, returning my calls almost immediately. His manner was easy, never making me feel rushed or a bohter...quite the opposite-he was insistent on attending to the issue immediately and wvwn when back to tak to the service technicians to verify the necessary process. On top of that I received a buyer's guide at my home within a few days-HAH pplan to read that on a 5 hour road trip very soon. I am thrilled with the vehicle safety, style and color-lovely red with light gray interior!!! It is wonderful to feel so confident in such a major purchase and to know that Carl truly has our best interests in mind! ( have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of hearing back from a dealer with special requests, especially when living so far away)It is wonderful to work with a salesman and dealership who demonstrate integrity and passion for superior customer service. In January my mini van of 7 years was becoming unreliable and I needed to buy a car. I am a divorce women and have never purchased a car on my own. My cousin gave me Jessica's name and I gave her a call. She returned my call immediately and gave me her direct number and email so I could reach her any time ( even on vacation ). I didn't know whether to buy new or used so I needed a lot of help figuring out my needs functionally and financially. Jessica gave me great advice and set me up with Meredith who drove many cars with me both new and used to see what I might like. We drove around in a lot of bad weather after my work hours so I could get into a safe car as quickly as possible. Questions were welcomed and I never worried about asking a question that might seem trivial Meredith, Jessica and the staff helped make this dreaded experience easy and actually exciting. I love my Honda and have already referred them to several people. More
While asking a few pointed questions regarding the financing to Jon Rich he did not put my concerns at ease. He just wasnted to refer me back to the Winslow. There was one point specifically in the sit down that he reviewed all my options and pulled up a screen showing only 3 options, when in reality there were 4 to 5 options, but the option I was interested in was not listed. This may have been a sales tactic, but I was put off by the entire pitch. Otherwise, I was very very happy working with Winslow again and the rest of the Germain team! More
