My husband and I decided to buy a 2012 Odyssey, and Germain wasn't open on Sunday, so we went first to Honda Marysville. When they couldn't give us a decent price on our trade-in, my husband contacted Germain Honda of Dublin on-line for a quote. From that point on, we forgot all about Honda Marysville. Every interaction that we had with Germain Honda -- from the first person who greeted me when I walked in the door, to Bart the finance guy, to the driver who took me home on the shuttle when we had after-market items added -- was genuinely pleasant and helpful, even when they were very busy. This was the first time that I handled most of the purchase of a new car by myself because, like most women, I usually feel like I'm being treated differently by car salespeople because I'm a woman. That was definitely NOT the case with Germain Honda. Because I felt totally comfortable with every aspect of the purchase at Germain, I left my husband at home with the kids and handled everything myself. I had done my research, so I knew that I was being treated honestly and fairly, especially by our sales associate, John Grimm. He was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and respectful. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. The price we got on the Odyssey was actually a bit better than I expected, and the price they gave us for our trade-in was definitely fair (& $3500 more than Honda Marysville was going to give us). I can't believe that I'm saying this because I usually hate buying cars, but I actually ENJOYED my car-buying expereince at Germain Honda of Dublin! More

I came in as a Honda employee at the Marysville auto plant. I knew exactly what I wanted and Tammy Pipergreeted me with a smile as I walked by her desk. She had no problem getting me setup for a test dr plant. I knew exactly what I wanted and Tammy Pipergreeted me with a smile as I walked by her desk. She had no problem getting me setup for a test drive in an accord and showing me the various styles and options so that I could make the best decision for my budget. I was extremely pleased with the no-nonsense, organized structure of buying a car through Tammy at Germain Honda. Jon Rich walked me through my financial situation as I decided what dealer options I wanted/did not want. He was very informative and up front about what happens after you drive the car off the lot (as far as re-sale value and payments). I would choose to do business with Germain Honda of Dublin when purchasing my next vehicle. More
Frank Pulsinelli was very helpful in identifying cars to purchase for two of my children. He explained eveything about the cars and service provided by Germain. Tammy Piper was very good. On time, available, and generally very helpful, and made the decision to buy easy. Downhill from there. I didn't discover this until I picked up the car, and by that time, the financing was already completed, and Germain had to reimburse me the cost of the fog lights. Also wanted a one year finance deal with Honda, which was originally completed, only to receive a call a few days later, saying that one year financing wasn't permitted, and I would have to sign for 2 years. Had to come back twice to complete this paperwork. The first time, I waited for 30 minutes, and no one came to help me, even though I had checked in with one of the people at the desk. Second time was quick and efficient though. Megan Morrone had scheduled and appointment for completion of window tinting/accessories installation, but to the best of my knowledge, I didn't know about this until Germain called that day to ask where the car was. The re-scheduled appointment was about two more weeks later. I brought the car in, was told it should be done in a few hours, and since I had a tight schedule that day, asked that they call with a definite time when the car would be done, so when I returned to pick it up, it would definitely be ready. I was assured by the man I left the car with that Ms. Morrone would call. Nobody called. I called the dealership several times that afternoon, talked with the receptionist, but she was unable to get anyone on the phone who could tell me if my car was ready. After several calls, I did receive a call from Ms. Morrone that the car would be ready at 4-5pm. My expectation was to be without the car for several hours, not all day. Throughout the whole process, it seemed I could never get any one on the phone who could help me, but only their voicemail....convenient for them, but not me. I did not enjoy the numerous attempts by multiple employee's to sell add-on insurance, paint protection, etc. I realize now that I should have had my window tinting done on my own, and Columbus Car Audio, apparently the same company that does it for Germain. Bet it would have been sooner, faster,/ and cheaper. The car is beautiful, runs well, and work done on the car seems very good. But I don't believe that this is good customer service. More
