Eddie Sorrell fixed The problem in my 2008 CRV LX that I had had in for service four times this past year for the same problem. The car vibrated badly in the seat and on the floor especially in the right f had had in for service four times this past year for the same problem. He took a personal interest in the problem and worked on it until he figured out what was causing the vibration and he corrected it. I am so grateful to him for taking care of this. After the sale, he followed up to make sure everything was okay with the car and to see if we had questions at that time. We have also had the first service on one of the cars and it was a great experience - easy, very professional, friendly service staff, on time and quick! Even the service waiting area is set up to make the customer as comfortable as possible, paying attention to varying needs (a quiet work area, drinks, tv area and kid friendly).
