I chatted via IM with a nice lady, Jessica Kincaid, and set an appointment to come in. Upon arrival, I was greeted with many smiling faces, and was directed to my meeting with Chris Glover. He got me the same trade in offer that Car Max was offering, and was able to work with me payment wise to meet my budget. Ron Pastorius was the finance manager, and he was very kind and showed Germain's appreciation for having us as a customer. There were no surprises when Ron met with us to sign the papers. (previous car purchases at other dealers have always given me a different payment when signing the papers than what was agreed upon) I had purchased my 2007 Odyssey from Immke, and had an awful experience, so I was wary of the whole process again. Germain is a world of difference away from Immke. Chris was "no pressure" which was wonderful.
