They have sold me a customer care warranty that they could not fulfill. It includes car washes and the car wash had been broken! When I finally got tired of this I reported them to the BBB. Once this happened, I was contacted by Jessica in which was just a waste of my time. She proceed to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. She is very unprofessional and uses her name to try to intimidate. At the end of the day she offered $30. I had to laugh at this. She then said that this was extra and not a charge so no monies were lost. She totally missed the inconvenience of myself, the customer. She has a background as a lawyer, I think she needs to tune up her customer service skills. She is a real treat to deal with. I highly recommend avoiding Germain Honda at all cost. Actually don't listen to me, just go read the many BBB complaints and research the customer service complaints. More
We are very pleased with our new Odyssey and our new Civic. We are not paying any more per month than we were before, and we got all of the features we wanted. Jessica was very accessible and willing to communicate via email, which is something that I found most of the other dealerships were not so open to. She was willing to discuss price, rates, terms, etc. all before I even stepped foot into the store. I wasn't bombarded with endless "scripted" emails daily. Instead, she was very friendly and earned my trust right away. I visited the store that weekend, but learned that we couldn't get the monthly payment where I needed it to be. Jessica and Chris reached out to me the following week to let me know that with the new programs for the month, we could get the payment pretty close and invited me to come back. I can tell you that I was shopping around at other Honda dealerships and not one of them has called me back to advise me of the new programs for this month. That's personalized service and what will keep customers coming back. Chris was a pleasure to work with during the actual purchase and pick-up of our vehicle. Not your typical "pushy car salesman". He was more than willing to answer any questions we had and didn't leave us feeling pressured. Chris made us feel comfortable and is someone that I would recommend to others looking to purchase a Honda. It's the personalized service and honest approach that both Jessica and Chris offered that helped differentiate Germain Honda. More
Alex made our experience very easy and worth our time. We were undecided as to what to do now that our CR-V lease was ending...buy the car or trade it in for another lease or car to buy. He started by asking us what we loved about our current CR-V and things we didn't like. From then we went onto discussing what option worked best for us. We test drove a new CR-V and decided that is what we wanted. He took into consideration that we were loyal customers (have dealt with Honda for over 10 years), under mileage on our current lease, and willing to consider another Honda. After some minor communication setbacks we spoke with Diane (CC) whose exceptional abilities and guidance allowed the process to continue. We met with Erin (SC), finding her to be both somewhat knowledgeable and disarmingly charming (fairly certain we left $300 on the table). All in all I can think of no other auto dealership, of any make, in central or northwest ohio at which I'd rather purchase or lease a new Honda. I've dealt with most of them to one degree or another over the years. Besides, if SHE's happy I'm happy! More

He is always willing to do whatever it takes to earn our business even if that means respecting the fact that as consumers, we need to shop around and get other quotes. With that said, Greg was willing to beat several deals that we were offered at surrounding dealers. Not only did this make us feel valued, it was clear that he understood that getting a good deal was critical for us. I would highly recommend Greg to any friend or relative. We recently leased a Honda Civic for our 17 year old daughter. This is the first Honda in our family and she absolutely loves it. She wanted a black one which we were hesitant to get but went ahead an daughter. This is the first Honda in our family and she absolutely loves it. She wanted a black one which we were hesitant to get but went ahead and got her what she wanted. It is a great car and has tons of options! I was surprised to see it had the back-up camera included. Another feature she loves is how it syncs with her iphone. She loves to listen to music from her phone and in this car, she doesn't even have to plug the phone into a cord. As long as the phone is in the car, she can listen to music from the phone through the car speakers. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful! Our salesman, John Grimm, was great to work with and got us the deal we wanted. The process of signing paperwork and receiving the car was very quick. The representative who went over the car features with our daughter was very helpful and she really took her time to explain everything in detail. Susi Crommes went above and beyond her job duties to help us! We were in a bit of a time crunch waiting for the license plate to come in to the dealership. Once it came in, Susi knew how busy our schedule was and took the time out of her personal schedule to hand deliver the license plate to me at my office! She was not required to do this and took it upon herself. I can't tell you how much we appreciate her doing this as it was a tremendous help. Susi is the best example of excellent customer service I can think of! Our daughter is enjoying driving her Civic and we thank the whole team at Germain Honda of Dublin! More
