Myron helped me find the perfect used car for my 16 year old daughter. This was my 3rd purchase from this dealership. Myron was very helpful. This was a very good learning experience for my 16 year old. I was able to show her how a vehicle should be bought and tell her some things that the stereotypical dealer tries to do...especially to women buying a car. Fortunately, Myron does not fit that stereotype. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He was honest, very knowledgable, listened to our needs, treated us with respect and gave us a great deal! He did not pressure us and made sure all of our questions were answered. I will buy my next new vehicle from Myron and when my youngest daughter is ready to drive, I will purchase her vehicle from him as well. I have always received excellent treatment from this dealership and they have handled all the maintenance on my vehicles. I feel very comfortable with my daughter driving this vehicle and I know from past experience that the Germain Service Department is capable of handling any maintenance issues. Alex made our experience very easy and worth our time. We were undecided as to what to do now that our CR-V lease was ending...buy the car or trade it in for another lease or car to buy. We test drove a new CR-V and decided that is what we wanted. He took into consideration that we were loyal customers (have dealt with Honda for over 10 years), under mileage on our current lease, and willing to consider another Honda. After some minor communication setbacks we spoke with Diane (CC) whose exceptional abilities and guidance allowed the process to continue. We met with Erin (SC), finding her to be both somewhat knowledgeable and disarmingly charming (fairly certain we left $300 on the table). All in all I can think of no other auto dealership, of any make, in central or northwest ohio at which I'd rather purchase or lease a new Honda. I've dealt with most of them to one degree or another over the years. Besides, if SHE's happy I'm happy! More
