We arrived on a Saturday. I came with a friend to watch the experience while she bought a new Honda CRV. We worked with Erin Daniels and her knowledge of the car, her openess and interest in meeting my fr the experience while she bought a new Honda CRV. Saturday was an extremely busy day but I felt Erin gave my friend all the time she needed to make a decision about buying her car. It was as if we were the only customers she had that day. The dealership's staff were efficient, answered all our questions and had her car ready to go in a timely manner. They spent time showing her how to operate the car and link her phone to the car system. On Monday when I came, Erin greeted me immediately, we discussed price and my trade-in and gave me the deal I wanted. I usually feel because I am a woman that car dealers give me a hard time, this was not the case with Erin or Germain of Dublin and I was prepared to walk away if I didn't get the deal I wanted. The financial staff answered all my questions and got me through the paperwork quickly. The staff who prepared my car also showed me how to operate it, linked my phone and told me to stop back in with any questions or concerns. Erin walked us both through the process and even after our purchases has reconnected with us to make sure we are happy with our new Hondas. I would definitely recommend Germain of Dublin and Erin Daniels, she is an asset to their dealership. More
Over the three years we have owned our Honda pilot that we bought from this dealership, the service has gone from good to absolutely horrible. No one answers the phone. When you leave a message for someone we bought from this dealership, the service has gone from good to absolutely horrible. No one answers the phone. When you leave a message for someone to call you back from service to schedule an appointmen,t no one ever does. I have called 2 evenings in a row only to be placed on hold for over 40 min-- then disconnected. I will not be buying from this dealership again, and I plan to let corporate Honda know as well. We have 2 friends that said they are having the same problem with service at this dealership! What happened? So disappointed because we love our Honda. However no car is worth the headache of dealing with the nightmare this service department is. More
I needed to replace my 10 year old Honda Civic that was still a great car but was eyeing the CVR. My best friend went with me to look and learn as she planned to buy a pre-owned CRV in near future. It was a long day but had my friend with me so it went fast, I suggest others do the same. My friend ended up being sold on a new CRV herself when she realized that the interest rate for a pre-owned was that much more. We ended up with the very same cars....we are both happy with our Hondas and plan to move to the country/rural area to raise Alpacas and these cars are so practical, cost effective and will be our work horses. The staff were all very enjoyable and very helpful. More
Buying a car is often an unpleasant experience but my recent car shopping was much better than I had anticipated. I worked with Ralph U. And he made all the difference ,very relaxed and no pressure . My experience with Germain Honda was enjoyable. I came in knowing what type of car I wanted, and Germain was able to come with the color and features I was looking for. John Grimm answered all questions in knowing what type of car I wanted, and Germain was able to come with the color and features I was looking for. Ralph was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. I live an hour away so I did most of my initial searching and inquiries over the phone before making the trip, and he was great. He was quick to have the information I asked for, or quick to search for those answers and get back with me. I was never left wondering if he was going to call back as with another dealer we initially began working with in Marysville. So in no time at all they had the numbers and the paper work ready. All we had to do was stop in fill out the necessary paperwork. They had our vehicle there clean, detailed, and sitting waiting on our approval. The whole process was very quick and efficient from, start to finish. The financing people are very good as well, they know their stuff and are very fast and efficient, but very willing to slow down and answer and questions if they go too fast or your confused. What was also a pleasant surprise was that they had a person who sits down with you in your vehicle and explained all of its features, how to use them, all the functions, etc. This was a great bonus, bc the model Pilot we bought had an extensive technology package with a lot of features. They also said I could come back anytime and have them go over it again if I forgot something or had any more questions. Overall an A+++ Germain Honda was a pleasure to do business with and I would definately recommend searching there first to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They have hands down one of the best Car brands with Honda and a great sales team to go with it, you can't lose. More
I have purchased solely Honda's for the past 20+ years. I continue to have a great experience with the vehicles, service department, and purchasing. I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey and w years. I continue to have a great experience with the vehicles, service department, and purchasing. I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey and worked with Ralph Udonkuku. Ralph is awesome, takes the time to understand my needs, as well as he is very knowledgeable about the Honda products. This is the second car I've purchased using Ralph in about 6 months. Ralph helped me every step along the way and even stayed past signing all paperwork, which didn't get him out of there until around 10:30pm. In addition, there was some items left over and he helped my wife with her signing as well as contacted me back to arrange a cargo package to be installed. Ralph, you rock! Keep up the great work. My only complaint is the time it takes to finalize the financial aspect of the purchase. I waited for over 30 minutes after spending over 4-5 hours selecting and negotiating the car. Honda should look to make this process less painful and efficient. As usual, I feel like both Honda and I got an equitable deal on purchase and trade and would suggest Germain Honda to anyone. More

Myron helped me find the perfect used car for my 16 year old daughter. This was my 3rd purchase from this dealership. Myron was very helpful. He did not pressure me what-so-ever, and was very friendly and r old daughter. This was my 3rd purchase from this dealership. Myron was very helpful. He did not pressure me what-so-ever, and was very friendly and respectful to me and both of my daughters. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain things to my daughter. This was a very good learning experience for my 16 year old. I was able to show her how a vehicle should be bought and tell her some things that the stereotypical dealer tries to do...especially to women buying a car. Fortunately, Myron does not fit that stereotype. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He was honest, very knowledgable, listened to our needs, treated us with respect and gave us a great deal! He did not pressure us and made sure all of our questions were answered. I will buy my next new vehicle from Myron and when my youngest daughter is ready to drive, I will purchase her vehicle from him as well. I have always received excellent treatment from this dealership and they have handled all the maintenance on my vehicles. I feel very comfortable with my daughter driving this vehicle and I know from past experience that the Germain Service Department is capable of handling any maintenance issues.
