Our van was having trouble with the engine light on, which was making us worried to drive the car. We took the van to the service center. This was our second experience with Mr. Dameion. We came from South Carolina to save thousands at Germain Honda of Dublin. Our internet search identified the hybrid car we wanted and they had it at an unbelievable price. John Schmittauer was most helpful with our purchase. When our too old Cadillac died on arrival in Dublin, Schmitty came to our rescue. He attempted to start it and had his mechanics try to determine the failure cause. Finally, he just offered to take our 13 year old car in trade saving us the added cost of finding a local mechanic, and remaining there until it was fixed. We were treated so well and even spent awhile visiting with General Manager Jessica Germain who was uncommonly accommodating. During our return home, we called Schmitty to see if he could recover the suction cup part of our radar detector which we inadvertently left attached to the wind shield (expensive radar detectors are useless without that part). He found and mailed it to us. This was, by far, our most memorable car shopping experience ever and when we shop for our next vehicle, we will look to Germain and Schmitty first.! More
My salesperson was very nice and curtious to myself and my husband. My husband uses a wheelchair and Kirti went out of his way to make sure we had a ride from building to building . I had heard really good things about Germain Honda from a friend. I have previously obtained three Honda vehicles from another dealership in greater Columbus, but thought I would give Germain a try. I first explored vehicles through the web site, which was easy to navigate. I used the Black Book appraisal option to get an idea how much my trade-in was worth. Within approximately one-half hour of completing that appraisal request I received a phone call from Germain to arrange an appointment, which I did schedule. However, I was in the neighborhood of the dealership one day, and decided to just drop in and see if I could meet with a sales representative. I was greeted very professionally, and a sales representative was located quickly. I met with Frank, we went over my interests in a car, and while I took my car out for a test drive he had my trade-in appraised. When we discussed numbers, I was offered more than I anticipated for my trade-in, and less than I anticipated I would pay for the new vehicle. Needless to say, we closed a deal quickly. The car was prepared in a timely fashion, Josh went over the workings of the interior and paired my smartphone for me. This was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Germain Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

Every time I take my car to Germain for service, I always feel like I am a number one priority. This last visit was no exception. I had a slow leak in a tire and knew if I didn't take care of it right away, feel like I am a number one priority. This last visit was no exception. I had a slow leak in a tire and knew if I didn't take care of it right away, I'd have a flat tire. I drove straight to Germain where Dameion immediately had my tire filled, even though the entire service bay was filled with cars for their scheduled service appointments. He then told me I could come back any time that day to have the tire patched. I came back after lunch and Dameion got me right in and had the work performed. It was good to know that even though I did not have a scheduled appointment, I could still count on Germain for excellent service. I would recommend Germain to anyone (and have), and Dameion is a excellent representation of the quality of service I have received. More
My husband and I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord from Germain Honda of Dublin, Ohio. Shortly after our purchase, the Accord displayed a lot of oil issues—we constantly had to add oil to the Accord from Germain Honda of Dublin, Ohio. Shortly after our purchase, the Accord displayed a lot of oil issues—we constantly had to add oil to the car. We took the car to the shop several times to be serviced; however, the problem still continued. I then made an appointment with Germain Honda’s Service Director, Gary Kennedy. I had a long list of issues to discuss with him regarding the oil problem. I was very impressed with the outcome of the meeting. Mr. Kennedy was very respectful and responsive to all of my concerns. He allowed me to go down the list of issues and vent my frustration. He agreed that the car had oil issues and assured me the problem would be corrected. Mr. Kennedy was very professional and held good to his promise. The car was serviced and the oil issue was resolved. Months have gone by and I am very pleased to say that we have no more issues with the oil consumption problem. My husband and I will continue to purchase and service all of our cars at Germain Honda of Dublin, Ohio because of Mr. Kennedy’s professionalism and concern for his customers. More
