I've been a loyal Honda owner for many years. The service department is always very helpful and friendly. On my most recent visit, Eddie was extremely nice and accomodating. Every time I take my car to Germain for service, I always feel like I am a number one priority. This last visit was no exception. I had a slow leak in a tire and knew if I didn't take care of it right away, feel like I am a number one priority. This last visit was no exception. I had a slow leak in a tire and knew if I didn't take care of it right away, I'd have a flat tire. I drove straight to Germain where Dameion immediately had my tire filled, even though the entire service bay was filled with cars for their scheduled service appointments. He then told me I could come back any time that day to have the tire patched. I came back after lunch and Dameion got me right in and had the work performed. It was good to know that even though I did not have a scheduled appointment, I could still count on Germain for excellent service. I would recommend Germain to anyone (and have), and Dameion is a excellent representation of the quality of service I have received. More
My husband and I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord from Germain Honda of Dublin, Ohio. Shortly after our purchase, the Accord displayed a lot of oil issues—we constantly had to add oil to the Accord from Germain Honda of Dublin, Ohio. Shortly after our purchase, the Accord displayed a lot of oil issues—we constantly had to add oil to the car. We took the car to the shop several times to be serviced; however, the problem still continued. I then made an appointment with Germain Honda’s Service Director, Gary Kennedy. I had a long list of issues to discuss with him regarding the oil problem. I was very impressed with the outcome of the meeting. Mr. Kennedy was very respectful and responsive to all of my concerns. He allowed me to go down the list of issues and vent my frustration. He agreed that the car had oil issues and assured me the problem would be corrected. Mr. Kennedy was very professional and held good to his promise. The car was serviced and the oil issue was resolved. Months have gone by and I am very pleased to say that we have no more issues with the oil consumption problem. My husband and I will continue to purchase and service all of our cars at Germain Honda of Dublin, Ohio because of Mr. Kennedy’s professionalism and concern for his customers. More
Car was taken to fix a moon roof/sunroof issue for a 7AM appointment made on Saturday morning. First off, no one helped me for about 5 minutes until I walked up to someone. Ellis assisted me, but said I n appointment made on Saturday morning. First off, no one helped me for about 5 minutes until I walked up to someone. Ellis assisted me, but said I needed to work with my 'advisor' who was not there at that time. Ellis took my information and the issue and stated I really should have scheduled for the weekday because they cannot get the parts in on a Saturday. Well, a driver took me home. By 4PM, not a single call was given to me to say what the status was, so I called and upon calling no one could find my advisor or tell me what was going on with my car. I was promised a call, but waited 30 minutes and none was received. I called back about 30 minutes later and someone was able to tell me that my car was not looked at. Monday they promised to look at the car, again I called at about 3PM and no one had any idea what was done or looked at and they could not tell me anything. I spoke with numerous individuals and Managers, come to find out my 'advisor' was off on Monday's and had passed this off for someone to get looked at, no one did. Tuesday came, finally spoke to my advisor and said they were looking at it. 5PM Tuesday (4 days of having my car), no idea and no phone call to update me. Spoke with Todd the Manager who was very nice and finally got my advisor and a mechanic to look at the car. At 10PM, I received a call saying they found a pebble in the sunroof track. I was quoted over the phone $180 for the labor (plus tax, fees etc.). My story does not end, I went to pick up my car Wednesday morning, and my advisor was not there in the morning. I waited at the "car pickup counter" and no one would help me for about 10 minutes. I went to an advisor and he ran around for 45 minutes and could not find my car keys or paperwork. Eventually he found it handed it off to someone to bring it around (that person could not find the car); I was so frustrated at this point. When I went to pay, the bill was $195 plus taxes and fees; the I did not want to pay but needed my car. I disputed and the lady said sorry if I wanted my car I needed to pay and I needed to speak with my advisor (who was not there) to dispute. My car came back to me dirtier that when I dropped off and at least for keeping it 5 days they could have washed and vacuumed. I have called several times for a couple weeks to the GM, the Service Advisor, and Service Manager and by bill was not adjusted and am still very very upset. This is not the first time I have had an experience of this caliber here and I even purchased my car from this dealership. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM GERMAIN! Please tell your friends and family, this is never a quick oil change even though they say so and no appointments are taken for oil changes (not even during the week). I am even in the market for purchasing a new car, but apparently they have no time for follow-up and keeping the customer in the loop. More

This was by far the worst dealership service I have received. The sunroof on my brand new car was installed incorrectly. As this was my first time buying a brand new car, I specifically stated "pleas received. The sunroof on my brand new car was installed incorrectly. As this was my first time buying a brand new car, I specifically stated "please do not get grease all over my car". When they returned my car, there was grease on every edge of the cloth surrounding the interior of the sunroof. They cleaned it on the spot and told me to take it home to dry. After it dried, it was almost more obvious, as there were dirty water spots all over the interior roof, and they had spread the grease in multiple areas at that point. I took it back and left it for the day. When I received the car back, there were still dirty water spots, along with a scratch on the plastic/trim of the interior passenger side door. 6 months later, the dirty water spots are resurfacing, as they did not deep clean the issue to begin with. I am appalled at their lack of care and quickness to try and solve a problem. Little did they know, it would resurface to tell the true story of the quality of service I received on my brand new car. Unacceptable at the least. More

Started with an online inquiry that quickly led to a test drive. I never felt pressured to buy and they actually encouraged me to complete my research on other cars.
