Joe went out of his way to make sure I was able to pick my car up on my schedule and it was waiting for me upon arrival. Raymond helped me understand all the equipment and how it works and followed up with me with any questions. Joe contacted me by email and voice mail to make sure that I was happy with my car and was available for any questions at any time. This was truly a wonderful car buying experience for me. I had a phenomenal experience at Germain Honda when recently purchasing my certified 2011 CR-V. I've been in the market for a new car for the last week or so and wanted to trade in an older car but was recently purchasing my certified 2011 CR-V. I've been in the market for a new car for the last week or so and wanted to trade in an older car but wasn't sure if it was going to feasible since I wanted to keep my monthly payment low. I had never been to Germain before, since I'm traditionally a Toyota purchaser, however, I saw their selection online so I stopped in to see what they could do for me. I got matched with Norman as my salesman and couldn't have been happier with the entire interaction. I told Norman as soon as we started talking what I was interested in, how much I wanted to spend and that I didn't have much time to spend on the transaction. He was consistently respectful of me, my time and my budget and the fact that this is an important purchase to me. He very quickly showed me numbers so that I could understand if the price would even be reasonable, which I appreciated since I didn't want to waste a lot of time if it was going to be too expensive. Next, he showed me two CR-V's that were exactly what I was looking for, we quickly test drove one and then we started talking about real numbers. I really, really appreciated how much he respected my desires around what I was looking for and how he treated me like a competent buyer who deserved to get the car I wanted. Norman's personality was also great and it helped me feel comfortable making a big financial decision with no stress and no pressure. I am very happy with my purchase and with the entire process. He has always been friendly and answered any and all questions I asked and answered the ones I didn't know to ask. Every one at Germain was very courteous friendly and welcoming each time I entered the door. And at any times I had to wait some one was always checking to make sure to offer something to drink and let me know that my sales person would be with me shortly. I also like the children's areas. On one visit I had my 3 grand children which gave them something to do while I was making my purchase. I have recommended persons to Germain and to Greg Kimbro for their possible purchase. Joe was a great salesman. He listened to what we wanted and gave great advice about purchase verses lease. Everything up to that point was excellent but the paperwork was tedious. In fact, part of it ended up being incorrect because of a computer glitch. The finance manager fixed it but, if we had not caught it, we would have ended up paying close to $600 more on the lease than we needed to. The only other thing that is aggrevating is having to purchase floor mats. The first time I encountered this with Hyundai was over 5 years ago. It is petty. Whether it is the manufacturer or the dealer, it sours the experience and makes me remember the old days when every little thing was "extra." Finally, the Honda Fit base model is a great car. The only thing it lacks is a height adjustment for the front seats. More
