Walked into Germain Honda with my eyes on a use Honda Accord I saw online. Unfortunately the car I wanted to look at just got sold. He encouraged me to drive multiple cars and find the one that I felt most comfortable in. The one I chose had some paint chips in the hood and a clunk noise in the back. I told Norman that I wanted the chips taken care of and the clunk noise looked at and fixed and without a word he wrote that down and that was part of the deal. They let me take the car and the next week I brought it back and they gave me a new paint job on the hood and it looked great. The clunk noise was a little more of a challenge but they never gave up and with the help of Norman, Jim Crulkshank and the mechanics in the back they found the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way. Chris assured me he would take care of this and make sure I received the benefits of my warranty. Sure enough he got back with me and had my vehicle repaired under warranty at no cost to me within five days. On my trip down to fix this issue, I went ahead and purchased another car from Chris Glover. This type of service rarely happens. I am very thankful I found such an honest and helpful salesman. The finance guy was great, the sales people were all great, and when you're all done you get a session like Bond meeting with Q so they can show you all the neat things your new car can do! I got a brand-new '14 for the same price others were selling a used '13 for. Can't beat that!!!
