We found a Honda Pilot online. My husband went in on Monday to drive it, found out it was sold already,so Norman worked hard to help him find another one we may be interested in. Hi All, I went to Germain Honda dealer 2 days before Hi All, I went to Germain Honda dealer 2 days before XMas for buying used Honda civic car as I was already using Honda cars and was very satisfie Hi All, I went to Germain Honda dealer 2 days before XMas for buying used Honda civic car as I was already using Honda cars and was very satisfied with it .I had interaction with Norman and he made sure that deal and price meet my expectations without much negotiations Team stayed bit late in the office to make sure I get car today as tomorrow was Xmas eve. Once I reach home, I noticed that I only have got one key and I called Norman and he made ensure that I will get additional key at no cost.It's not about money but kind of treatment and attitude Germain team shows to make this deal good even psot selling really made me happy.
