Joe was very professional,I was treated so well the last time I decided to come back and give them a chance. Marc was very personable and helpful explaining how the 2013 and 2014 Honda Civic's were different, so I could make a quick decision. My experience buying my used 2011 GMC Sierra on January 2, 2014 with Germain Honda of Dublin was extremely pleasant. The salesman, Norman Lerman, was accommodating and willing to please from the very firs 2, 2014 with Germain Honda of Dublin was extremely pleasant. The salesman, Norman Lerman, was accommodating and willing to please from the very first phone call when I inquired about the truck through the very end of the deal and beyond. Not only was the negotiating process and working with the finance department fulfilling and hassle free, but Norman and the dealership were very concerned with my level of satisfaction the days and weeks following the purchase. I was discouraged to notice a few days following my purchase that there was a very small chip in the windshield. The dealership and I must have simply looked past it as we thoroughly inspected the truck. I simply contacted Norman and he immediately sent out an auto glass repairman to my place of work. Unfortunately, the chip could not be filled due to a failed previous filling. After contacting Norman once again about the failed repair, without hesitation, he said the dealership would cover a full windshield replacement. Days later, Discount Auto Glass came to my place of work and installed a brand new windshield free of cost. The truck looked and felt brand new as I inspected it prior to buying it. It was in fantastic shape inside and out (kudos to the previous owners). I was relentless in my efforts to talk down the already reduced internet price, and we were able to negotiate a deal that I was very happy with. The truck and dealership met every single one of my needs; year, mileage and price. It's not often that we find retailers and salesman that care about people, but it is apparent that Norman and the dealership do. I recommend and will continue to recommend salesman Norman Lerman and Germain Honda of Dublin. They made my very first vehicle purchase a delightful occasion. More
