He offered input on the vehicle that we considered and also pointed out some features of the competitors that we did not know ab great to work with. At no time was pressure put on us to purchase additional upgrades or warranties, but they did go over the options and made it clear that the decision was entirely our own. Jack Lee was also great, he worked with us on our down payment as we wanted to charge the whole thing to our credit card (airline points) and he was thorough when going over all the paperwork. I first met Nishi Patel in 2006 when I bought my 2003 Honda-CRV. He took great care in making sure I found the car I truly wanted. I purchased it the very same day without any pressure. Here is "Why" I have provided the ratings that I did... I had done an online search among dealerships to try to find a 2013 Honda Accord 4 door sedan with a manual transmission. As it turned o I did... I had done an online search among dealerships to try to find a 2013 Honda Accord 4 door sedan with a manual transmission. As it turned out, my search showed that Germain had a Sport with a 6MT. I was also interested in comparing the EX trim level, as it too was offered in a 6MT, however Germain only had one in a CVT - no problem. Upon arriving at Germain, I was greeted by a salesperson who asked how he could help me. When I told him about my search, I was surprised to hear him tell me that Honda did not offer a 6MT in the EX trim level. Having done my homework, I knew that it did. This gentlemen appeared to be busy with another customer, so I was redirected to Erin. Erin was a pleasure to work with right from the get-go, and she was much more informed as to what trim levels existed and what Germain had on their lot. Within no time, Erin had me test driving the 6MT Sport and the CVT EX so I could have a solid side-by-side comparison. We sat in each of the cars and she was quick to point out all of the different features each one had and she also pointed out what was new or different from my current 2009 Accord. I was indecisive between the two trim levels, but eventually I had decided on the Sport. However, the Sport that I had test-driven was black and I had vowed that I would not trade my current black car in for another one. That left me the option of getting a Dark Grey 6MT Sport, which was fine, except for the fact that Germain did not have one. Begin search of area dealers! Erin quickly identified a couple of nearby dealers who had what I was looking for. When it came to talking price, there was the expected back and forth offer and counter offer, but before long, we were able to arrive at what I considered to be a fair deal. During negotiations, Erin was very reasonable and showed respect for the fact that I had come having done my research. At no point in time did I feel like we could not reach an offer that everyone could be happy with. She also made paperwork and transfer of information effortless. A few days lapsed before the actual dealer trade was complete (there was a weekend in between, certain staff were not available) but Erin stayed in touch with me with regular updates via phone and text. Once the time came for the trade, Erin herself went to pick the car up and bring it back to Germain. She called to let me know that I could come in and that we could cloe the deal! Once I was done in financing, the staff took me out to my new car, waiting for me in the garage area. And of couyrse, there was Erin, to see things through until the end. Another gentleman sat with me in the car and went step-by-step through all of the features, including how to synch my phone via bluetooth and how to configure all of my displays, etc. I wish I could remember his name, but I will say that he was very helpful and very thorough. I left Germain in my new car, happy with how I was treated and confident that I received a fair deal, both on my new car and on my trade-in. Kudos to Erin (and the abovementioned gentleman) for providing me with a very satisfying and near seemless car buying experience.
