Buying a new car is always a scary thought. The thought of walking in, having the creepy car salesman stalking you through the parking lot, and the high pressure sale at the end... I am happy to say that I experienced none of the following when visiting Germain Honda of Dublin. I walked through the door, and bumped into a gentleman by the name of Jeff Carrol. He was very pleasant and asked how he could help. I was torn between a couple of different trim levels of a Honda CRV. He was able to tell me the differences from the top of his head. He then let me know where they were on the lot and encouraged me to go out and take a brief look at them without him so that I could start to get comfortable with the styles on my own. He joined me in the parking lot about 10 minutes later and asked if I would like to take any of them out for a test drive. I ended up taking two different ones out. Jeff was great about giving information, but not being pushy. Once arriving back to the dealership, there was a short negotiation over price, and the car was mine. I would certainly utilize Jeff in the future. More

I decided one Saturday that it would a good idea to get a new car before by old one stressed me out too much. My mom had worked with Chris Glover in the past and highly recommended him. He quickly got my car appraised and got me in a FIT for a test drive. Upon my return I loved the car, however the monthly payment we discussed was just a bit high. He saw how much I liked the car and got the "guys" to get my payment to what was comfortable for me. I was very excited (and surprised) to drive off in my new car that night! We had a few interactions between mid-October and Mid March... but then this past Saturday he called at 2PM with an offer I liked. I was in the dealership at 3.30PM and drove out at 5PM with a new car. Excellent. Chris is down to earth, to the point, no-nonsense and quick. He tells it how it is. Like most people, I've dealt with a variety of good and not so good car-salespersons in my life... Chris is definitely a couple of notches above anyone else. Recommended! More

This is the second time I have worked with Chris Glover. The first time was in May 2011. He was able to get us pretty much where we needed to be and I thoroughly enjoyed his attention and the car. This time, I went back to him, and began a little early before my lease expired. I was close to over mileage and was looking to stay with Honda. Most people might be annoyed on the number of times I kept asking questions, but Chris wasn't (that I know of!). He answered all of my questions and then some. He did everything he could to get my business. This time was no different. He gave me everything he had. I happened to also have my brother-in-law involved at the last minute, getting the name of Bill Alston. Both he and Chris took all of our offense and made our day on Sat Mar 8th. The internet listed price was pretty good for the type of car and its condition. Schmitty made me feel like he cared and made sure I was completely satisfied. The financing took a while, seemed like they were a little short staffed, but ultimately Ron got me a great rate. Overall, I had a great car shopping experience at Germain Honda :-) More
