Recall for window master switch Make sure they have your part. Do not waste your time going in unless you have called to see if the part is in stock. I had an appointment scheduled at least a week in advance and when I drove about 1.5 hours to the dealership they did not have my part in stock. The person I talked to on the phone new my window was not working but put it into the computer as a recall. The service advisor I talked to, Ryan Conlon, said that often times a recalls will come in be checked out and sent on its way. I received very little sympathy for my wasted time and gas money. Honda of Dublin is professional enough and should eliminate mistakes like this but more should to make it right when mistakes happen. The easiest way for me to fix it is to tell others to make sure they call ahead when getting a recall done so you do not experience what I experienced. More

Joe Martinkovich was awesome to work wit Using USAA car buying service I was confident going into look at a Honda CRV we would be getting a good deal. Joe Martinkovich was awesome to work with. The test drive wasn't just a test drive, it was an education of the vehicle we were looking at and the difference between the CRV trims. Joe helped us consider options in terms of financing (USAA or Honda) and was all about our needs, not his or the dealership. When all the paper work was done and we had survived the up sells from the F&I guy, we were trained on all of the features and technology in the vehicle. It was like buying a cell phone at that big blue and yellow store, "walk out working". My wife's phone was hooked up to the Bluetooth system, all the buttons were explained, and we were told to come back anytime to go over stuff again. Super friendly place, felt like we were adopting a vehicle, not just buying. More
Excellent Auto Sales Experience Let me start by saying I've purchased well over 20 vehicles in my lifetime, and I have often found the auto purchase process to be painful at best.. My most recent purchase was guided by Chris Glover @ Germain Honda, and Mr. Glover made the experience enjoyable, and extremely positive.. Throughout this purchase, Mr. Glover was considerate, caring, along with keeping his focus on my overall customer satisfaction in mind. Our interaction took much longer than planned, but Chris was patient, and I never felt rushed to make a decision.. I also never heard the dreaded "what can I do to get you to make a deal today", definitely a turn off!! Because of this, I was able to take my time, do my research, and make an informed comfortable purchasing decision. Mr. Glover is a breath of fresh air in an industry that has historically not had the best track record, and Germain is extremely fortunate to have him as an associate. GOOD FRIDAY My husband was wanting to get out of his CRV and back into a truck. We went in on Good Friday expecting to trade in my Accord for a used Ridgeline. Long story short....We turned in my end-of-lease 2011 Accord, traded in my husbands leased 2012 CRV and purchased a 2013 Ridgeline Sport as well as a 2013 Civic Coupe. Ralph worked his A$$ off to make this deal happen and managed to get the combined payments $20 under that of the combined payments we already had. This was our 5th and 6th vehicles Ralph got us in and we couldn't be happier. I know there are others behind the scenes that worked hard as well on this deal and we thank them as well. RALPH...YOU ARE THE MAN!!! This is the salesman to ask for when you go to Germain Honda on Sawmill Road in Columbus!!! More

Norman Lerman was great with helping me with the car I wanted, he explained everything to me, and was very honest. Norman really took the time out to make sure once I left the dealership with my brand new car, that I was completely satisfied. Also, Jack Lee was an enormous help with financing the car, he explained everything so I wouldn't be confused after signing all the paperwork. Since I've purchased my new car, I've told everyone I know to check out Germain Honda in Dublin if you want a great car at a great price with great service all around! Thank guys for everything, and I'll be sure when it comes time for a new car that I'll be back! More
