I have always been told you can find used cars cheaper and dealers that do not specialize in that make of car but was very surprised to find that not only was this Honda dealer competitively priced but they were in many cases cheaper. On top of that they had a great variety of years/colors to choose from, all in great shape, mostly CarFax 1 owners. The only issue was how to choose just one! Our salesman, Norman was great to work with. He is knowledgeable and funny and just pleasant to be around. He quickly zeroed in on what we really wanted and needed and helped us narrow down our search. Never felt pushed to go for a bigger car or fancier trim. In fact when I was trying to decide between 2011 and 2012 models multiple people there let us know that the 2011 was a higher rated model even though the 2012s were more money for them. I was able to find one that had been leased new from this actual dealer which I liked. I got no after hours pressure calls which I also liked. They were accommodating when I wanted to come back and drive the car on different days in different conditions. We had to bring our small children at one point and they were very understanding and patient and they have a great little play area to keep them occupied. They were very helpful working with us to get a rate and monthly payment we were comfortable with. Once decided the process was quick and easy and clear. No pressure to buy extended warranty though they did offer a very nice one. I feel like a got a very reliable car in excellent condition at a competitive price while having an enjoyable and friendly experience. More
