Norman Lerman I have been looking for a pre-owned SUV for about two years!!! I have been to several places looking and have left, due to the high pressure. One day, I saw a SUV that I thought I might be interested in. I dreaded even driving on the lot to see who was going to pressure me "again"! Then, as I am waundering aimelessly on the lot @ Germain Honda of Dublin, up walks Norman Lerman!! His low key, mild mannered personality was a wonderful "fit" for me!!! I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I wanted, even when I hesistated about all the bells and whistles, that I "thought" I didn't want or need!!! The whole experience, was one that was actually fun! Norman's dry sense of humor was much appreciated!! Norman was a delight! In todays world, when customer service seems to have gone by the wayside, to find someone who really seems to go above and beyond to make the customer feel at ease, has become an art, Norman has it down when it comes to that. Easy buy thanks to stellar professionals I had arrived at the dealership after work with the car in mind, loan in hand, but ready to walk away if the car wasn't there. I also hadn't bought a car from a dealership in 18 years, so I didn't really know how the process worked in the 21st century. Mr Norman Lerman happened to be in the lot when I arrived. A very low key, mild mannered Englishman who did not come off with that air of the high pressure salesman. He was extremely courteous, but knew what he was doing every step of the way, guiding me to the car, pointing out a few items I might have missed. I liked the car but knew it would be marital suicide if I bought without consulting my wife. No problem, living nearby, Norman allowed me to take the car home and return with her in it Once back at the dealership, and with her blessing, the whole process went like a blur with Norman managing the whole process seamlessly. Sign here, here and here; sit over here for a spell; while working with finance, Norman had my trade and the new car ready for the switch. Norman was a detail man, explaining to my wife items while staying in tuned with all the mess I needed to clean out of my old car. Thanks to him, when I thought I was done, he suggested I check for our garage door opener. Sure enough, I had forgotten it. From arrival to purchase completion was a two hour interval, but it went like a breeze. While Norman made the selling process a delight, I want to express appreciation for Tom Wiertel in finance. Like I said, I had come with a loan pre-approval, but I would have preferred to have had a longer loan term. No problem, Tom made that happen with only a slight interest rate increase. He worked quickly, efficiently, but with a humor. With team Norman/Tom, the pressure of car buying was less "shock and awe" and more like a stroll in the park (albeit an expensive one). Thanks to them, I will definitely be considering Germain Honda again for any future purchases. More

Chris Glover is the reason we return to Germain Hond When we first visited Germain Honda of Dublin a few years ago, we happened to meet Chris Glover. When we walk through the doors, he treats us as if we were his friends (I feel as though we have become friends, since we have purchased our last three Honda vehicles from Chris). Even though we live much closer to another Honda dealership, we drive the extra miles to work with Chris at Germain because we feel we get the best trade in price, the best new car price, and the best follow up after the sale. During the entire purchase process, he is never high pressure. He allows us to make the decision that is best for us. Chris has called us several times since our most recent purchase just to check in with us to see if all is ok. We will definitely return to Germain Honda the next time we are ready to look at new cars and will work with Chris Glover to make it happen! More
