Our sales associate Rob Hamilton was knowledgeable and efficient. We were considering several vehicles and he quickly retrieved the information for each so we could make an informed decision. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process without being pushy, and we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready. We also worked with Jack Lee to set up financing. Jack also did a great job explaining our options without making us feel pressured. In all, a very pleasant buying experience. We will certainly visit Germain again when it's time for another vehicle . More

Absolutely great experience! I had been in an accident that wasn't my fault and my car was totaled, so when I went to Germain I wasn't thrilled to be there. But Winslow and Germa I had been in an accident that wasn't my fault and my car was totaled, so when I went to Germain I wasn't thrilled to be there. But Winslow and Germain Honda of Dublin were FANTASTIC! They made the process so pleasurable and I felt they really wanted me to be pleased. Winslow was great with my kids and made them feel like they were part of things. I love my new car. Soon I will be in the market again for a car for my daughter and I plan to go to Germain to look up my new friend Winslow! More

Saturn Vue - Great Customer Service I was recently in a car accident and my previous car was totaled. Due to my unforeseen situation, I contacted Germain Honda of Dublin to inquire about I was recently in a car accident and my previous car was totaled. Due to my unforeseen situation, I contacted Germain Honda of Dublin to inquire about a 2008 Saturn Vue listed in their online inventory. After explaining my situation to Bill Crockett, he, along with John Grimm, went above and beyond to help me purchase this vehicle. Coming from Michigan, I knew the process would not be easy to complete a long distance sale but both were willing to accommodate me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was able to walk away with my new used car in less than 2 hours. I am truly appreciative and forever grateful for their understanding, kindness and amazing customer service through the entire process. More

I had no plans on actually buying a car that day, but with the deal I got and the willingness to work with my budget how could I say no. I was nervous, but they made the process pretty smooth. The staff there were by far the most friendly I've ever encountered. They weren't pushy, arrogant, or obnoxious. It was a genuine pleasure buying a car. Which is saying a lot because I'm a spaz when it comes to letting go of my money. My only complaint is my front bumper is pretty scratched up and I didn't notice it while I was there. The car hadn't been detailed yet. Overall though I'm really happy with the process and my purchase. The honda beast runs smoothly and I plan on keeping her for years. Thanks Ryan, and thanks Germain.
