Absolutely great experience! I had been in an accident that wasn't my fault and my car was totaled, so when I went to Germain I wasn't thrilled to be there. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process without being pushy, and we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready. We also worked with Jack Lee to set up financing. Jack also did a great job explaining our options without making us feel pressured. In all, a very pleasant buying experience.
