Best experience at a dealer ever! I have purchased many a cars in my life and quite a few were new, this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Winslow is THE MAN! I went to Germain Honda after going to two Mazda dealerships and another Honda dealership. I was 75% sure I wanted the Mazda 3, but I needed to drive I went to Germain Honda after going to two Mazda dealerships and another Honda dealership. I was 75% sure I wanted the Mazda 3, but I needed to drive the civic once again just to make sure. Winslow greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and we just "hit it off." He's very pleasant, funny, enthusiastic about Honda, and he showed me every feature of the car, as well as let me test-drive with some "gusto" (he came along and made sure I had fun while driving it). He was the anti-car salesman; very pleasant to be around. And in the end, to my surprise, I ended up buying the Civic! If I had gotten him at the first Mazda dealership I went to, I'd would have gotten a Mazda3. That's the difference great service makes, people! :) Don't get me wrong, I like the interior of the Civic a lot, as well as driving it, but I still prefer the looks of the Mazda 3. More

He was definitely the type of salesman I wanted to work with i.e. not pushy, not douchey, and he didnt get in my way. (basically he did not talk like a salesman but like a normal person) Thanks Bob! I did not give the dealership 5 stars on quality of work because the detail job was lacking and if I wasn't pressed for time I would have had them do it over again. Overall a very good experience, way better than the one over at L**dsay Honda! More

Exceptional Customer Service I found a van online that I liked, we scheduled an appointment the same day. The vehicle was pulled up out front and waiting for us, as promised. Rob showed us all of the "bells and whistles" and let us take a drive while evaluating our trade in. It was a fast and easy process. Most importantly, his service AFTER the sale has been TOP NOTCH! We requested an additional master key and key fob since the prior owner only turned one in. He picked up my car, took it to the dealership and programmed the new key and fob. Later, when the prior owner turned in their spare keys, he called me and told me I could stop by and pick the spare set up as well! Very impressed. I was afraid that I may be low priority since I was purchasing an relatively inexpensive used vehicle...but this was NOT the case. I was treated with respect and given the red-carpet treatment the entire time! Awesome dealership and sales staff. We'll be back to see Rob again in the future for our next Honda purchase. More

Amazing experience My husband and I had done a lot of homework before coming to look for a used minivan - with quite a bit of specifications on our "want" list. The salesman, Norman Lerman, was wonderful to work with from the beginning. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a straight shooter which we both really appreciated. What really impressed us the most was when we finally made a decision and called Norman - he came in on his day off to assist us with our purchase! Even after the purchase he assisted/coordinated having additional modifications made to the vehicle (we had a rear-entertainment system installed). Overall a very pleasant and customer-oriented experience! My husband and I would definitely recommend our friends to use Germain, as well as Norman Lerman, when looking for a future vehicle. More

Each question I had was answered and I made the trip to check out the vehicle. Throughout the process I never felt pressured into buying. I did end up purchasing the vehicle as it was in excellent condition. Even though I live 3 hours away, I would not hesitate to buy from Germain Honda again. For example, the first day we went we went towards the latter part of the day to just take a quick look at the exterior of some cars. We figured we would have to come back the next day to test drive anything. However, Ryan saw us looking, came out, and helped us look thoroughly at the vehicle. He even squeezed in time for a quick test drive around the lot! Also, there was a small plastic cover missing on the interior when we bought the CRV. Ryan worked to get us the part and put it in for us so quickly and easily. He has been very willing to work with us through every part of this process from start to finish and has made the daunting task of investing in a new vehicle much easier. More
