They arranged everything, from finance, to car registration, etc. I came in a taxi and never expected to be able to leave that day with a vehicle. That was 6 weeks ago. Our salesman, John Schmittauer, was waiting at the entrance when we walked up, and was kind, helpful, and informative from even this very first meeting. He made sure to take the time to educate us on the whole CR-V line, all the way back to 2007, and showed us the different body styles of all the used models available in the lot. We were allowed to drive the car not just on a predetermined route, but all around the Dublin area to get a feel for the vehicle. When we ultimately decided on the new 2014 CR-V EX, John provided us with his cell number for when we wanted to make our final decision. Throughout the entire process, John was not only knowledgeable, but friendly as well, and we never felt pushed or pressured to make a decision quickly or purchase something we didn't want/need. The contracts and paperwork were as swift as possible, and the facilitator, Wayne, was quite amiable. Additionally, when we went to pick up the car, Ray Slagle was incredibly helpful when advising us of all the new features that came with the CR-V. He was patient and calm, and even helped to hook up the Bluetooth to my telephone and make a call! All in all, I couldn't be any more pleased with our experience at Germain Honda. What a relief I did my research and found the used car I was looking for, unfortunately it was at a dealership I've heard many negative things about, I thought I co I did my research and found the used car I was looking for, unfortunately it was at a dealership I've heard many negative things about, I thought I could keep a level head and negotiate my way through the situation. But my intelligence was insulted by a dealership that claims "We're Dealin'", and after the third outright lie, I walked out and found the second best target vehicle at Germain Honda. The salesman, supervisor, and finance manager were all very forthright, and treated me with respect. Nishi Patel, the salesman, laid out the price and terms very clearly and presented what I thought was a good deal. The supervisor, Bart Zimmerman, then knocked off a few more dollars when the deal was approved. Even though I was pre-approved for the loan at my bank, the finance manager, Jessie Scott, found me a better loan with a better interest rate and lower finance charges. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is tired of the hassle at other high pressure dealerships. Thank you Germain Honda More

From the start he made the sales process a very smooth one. He brought the car around so we could test drive it, and also gave us some great info on the car. He helped process the paperwork, and guided us through the lease all the way to delivering the car detailed for us. It was a pleasure to work with Ralph, and I would do so again on our next vehicle. Our salesman, Kirti Vansadia was very friendly and helpful. After driving an Accord, we left for the Mazda dealer. After driving the Mazda, my wife decided that she preferred the Accord. We returned and Kirti worked an excellent deal for us. The Germain used car department would not match the CarMax appraisal price for our trade, so Kirti reduced the new car purchase price by the amount of sales tax that we would have saved on a trade-in. Germain also had a large selection so we got the color and trim level that we wanted. I returned two weeks later with my daughter to buy an Accord for her. Kirti again worked an excellent deal and we left very happy! More

We were dreading the experience, everyone can relate, sometimes shopping for a car is an ordeal. Jessica, the on-line representative was professional and helpful and connected us to Norman. He bent over backwards to help us. Showing us what was available in our price range and not trying to push vehicles on us. When we requested to look at others he was more than accommodating. He stayed long after the dealership closed - past 10 pm. Helping us and seeing us on our way. A professional of the highest caliber. Your finance professional Jesse was wonderful! too. Great buying experience. We stopped by to look at a particular pre-owned car we saw on-line the night before but when we got to the dealership the car was sold that morning. We had a couple of cars we wanted to look at in- mind and Bob Daniels the sales consultant lets us look at and take out a couple of cars on our own and also gave us the option to take it overnight. We found the car we loved and Bob was excellent to work with. He helped us get the price we were looking to pay.
