What a relief I did my research and found the used car I was looking for, unfortunately it was at a dealership I've heard many negative things about, I thought I co I did my research and found the used car I was looking for, unfortunately it was at a dealership I've heard many negative things about, I thought I could keep a level head and negotiate my way through the situation. But my intelligence was insulted by a dealership that claims "We're Dealin'", and after the third outright lie, I walked out and found the second best target vehicle at Germain Honda. The salesman, supervisor, and finance manager were all very forthright, and treated me with respect. Nishi Patel, the salesman, laid out the price and terms very clearly and presented what I thought was a good deal. The supervisor, Bart Zimmerman, then knocked off a few more dollars when the deal was approved. Even though I was pre-approved for the loan at my bank, the finance manager, Jessie Scott, found me a better loan with a better interest rate and lower finance charges. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is tired of the hassle at other high pressure dealerships. Thank you Germain Honda More

From the start he made the sales process a very smooth one. He brought the car around so we could test drive it, and also gave us some great info on the car. He helped process the paperwork, and guided us through the lease all the way to delivering the car detailed for us. It was a pleasure to work with Ralph, and I would do so again on our next vehicle. Our salesman, Kirti Vansadia was very friendly and helpful. After driving an Accord, we left for the Mazda dealer. After driving the Mazda, my wife decided that she preferred the Accord. We returned and Kirti worked an excellent deal for us. The Germain used car department would not match the CarMax appraisal price for our trade, so Kirti reduced the new car purchase price by the amount of sales tax that we would have saved on a trade-in. Germain also had a large selection so we got the color and trim level that we wanted. I returned two weeks later with my daughter to buy an Accord for her. Kirti again worked an excellent deal and we left very happy! More

Many times we have dealt with the Germain family of dealerships. It has always been a great experience. However, this surpassed them all due to Norman. We were dreading the experience, everyone can relate, sometimes shopping for a car is an ordeal. Jessica, the on-line representative was professional and helpful and connected us to Norman. He bent over backwards to help us. Showing us what was available in our price range and not trying to push vehicles on us. When we requested to look at others he was more than accommodating. He stayed long after the dealership closed - past 10 pm. Helping us and seeing us on our way. A professional of the highest caliber. Your finance professional Jesse was wonderful! too. He worked with us in finding the best interest rates. He was kind and considerate and also stuck with us well after dealership closing to help us! Great buying experience. We stopped by to look at a particular pre-owned car we saw on-line the night before but when we got to the dealership the car was sold that morning. We had a couple of cars we wanted to look at in- mind and Bob Daniels the sales consultant lets us look at and take out a couple of cars on our own and also gave us the option to take it overnight. We found the car we loved and Bob was excellent to work with. He helped us get the price we were looking to pay. He was definitely the type of salesman I wanted to work with i.e. not pushy, not douchey, and he didnt get in my way. (basically he did not talk like a salesman but like a normal person) Thanks Bob! I did not give the dealership 5 stars on quality of work because the detail job was lacking and if I wasn't pressed for time I would have had them do it over again. Overall a very good experience, way better than the one over at L**dsay Honda! More

Winslow is THE MAN! I went to Germain Honda after going to two Mazda dealerships and another Honda dealership. I was 75% sure I wanted the Mazda 3, but I needed to drive I went to Germain Honda after going to two Mazda dealerships and another Honda dealership. I was 75% sure I wanted the Mazda 3, but I needed to drive the civic once again just to make sure. Winslow greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and we just "hit it off." He's very pleasant, funny, enthusiastic about Honda, and he showed me every feature of the car, as well as let me test-drive with some "gusto" (he came along and made sure I had fun while driving it). He was the anti-car salesman; very pleasant to be around. And in the end, to my surprise, I ended up buying the Civic! If I had gotten him at the first Mazda dealership I went to, I'd would have gotten a Mazda3. That's the difference great service makes, people! :) Don't get me wrong, I like the interior of the Civic a lot, as well as driving it, but I still prefer the looks of the Mazda 3. More

Exceptional Customer Service I found a van online that I liked, we scheduled an appointment the same day. The vehicle was pulled up out front and waiting for us, as promised. Rob showed us all of the "bells and whistles" and let us take a drive while evaluating our trade in. It was a fast and easy process. Most importantly, his service AFTER the sale has been TOP NOTCH! We requested an additional master key and key fob since the prior owner only turned one in. He picked up my car, took it to the dealership and programmed the new key and fob. Later, when the prior owner turned in their spare keys, he called me and told me I could stop by and pick the spare set up as well! Very impressed. I was afraid that I may be low priority since I was purchasing an relatively inexpensive used vehicle...but this was NOT the case. I was treated with respect and given the red-carpet treatment the entire time! Awesome dealership and sales staff. We'll be back to see Rob again in the future for our next Honda purchase. More
