Norman was my salesman and was very patient with me as I had specifics I wanted. They had I left with what I wanted so I test drove it. After my first test drive, I knew I loved the SUV but did test drive another car. Did end up buying the first SUV I test drove and still love it today, 4 days later. Thanks for the nice SUV. I have gotten many nice compliments on it. The only negative is that I have to bring it back for a buffing as there are scratch marks and dents in it that need attention and the body shop is not open on weekends or holidays. More

Our salesman, John Schmittauer, was waiting at the entrance when we walked up, and was kind, helpful, and informative from even this very first meeting. He made sure to take the time to educate us on the whole CR-V line, all the way back to 2007, and showed us the different body styles of all the used models available in the lot. We were allowed to drive the car not just on a predetermined route, but all around the Dublin area to get a feel for the vehicle. When we ultimately decided on the new 2014 CR-V EX, John provided us with his cell number for when we wanted to make our final decision. Throughout the entire process, John was not only knowledgeable, but friendly as well, and we never felt pushed or pressured to make a decision quickly or purchase something we didn't want/need. The contracts and paperwork were as swift as possible, and the facilitator, Wayne, was quite amiable. Additionally, when we went to pick up the car, Ray Slagle was incredibly helpful when advising us of all the new features that came with the CR-V. He was patient and calm, and even helped to hook up the Bluetooth to my telephone and make a call! All in all, I couldn't be any more pleased with our experience at Germain Honda.
