Weeks before I visited Germain Honda, I had purchased a new vehicle. Through no fault of my own, that vehicle was unfortunately totaled by a reckless driver. I was apprehensive and anxious in the whole ordeal of going through another "big decision" purchase and dealing with the hassle that is usually included with buying a new car. Norman was more than patient with me as he helped me find a vehicle that I felt comfortable and safe driving. He made sure that all my questions were answered and he took the time to go over the details in great length so, that I was even more comfortable in making my decision. No muscle needed – Took great care of my mom! I recently went with my mom to Germain to help her by a new car and was very impressed by Seth’s sales approach. I went with her so I could be “the muscle” and make sure she didn’t get taken but we worked with Seth so my “muscle” wasn’t needed. My mom is a senior citizen and on a fixed income. Getting her in a good, safe car at a price she could afford was our #1 priority. Seth spent a lot of time with us. He got her a good price for her trade in and worked to understand mom’s needs and got her in a car that was the right fit. Seth explained all the benefits and safety features of the Civic and by the time we left, we felt like one of the family. I have to admit, that I do not currently drive a Honda but I assure you that I will make my next purchase from Seth. I was very impressed by his approach and by the simple fact he took such great care of my mom. Thanks Seth!
