We were please with the price of the vehicle and our only disappointment with the deal was in regard to the amount offered on our trade in vehicle. That is why I only rated Price as "good". That, however, does not diminish the appreciation we have for Ryan and J.B. I will gladly contact Ryan again in regard to future purchases. More

He called me back a couple weeks later to follow up and asked me if I was still interested in the car, and that they were willing to work with me on the price. Nishi was professional, quick, and very helpful through the whole process. I live 4 and half hours away, so Nishi made sure everything was in place so that when I got there I could take care of things quickly. It was a great experience, I love the car, and am really grateful that I went to Germain. I also dealt with JB Watson in the finance department. Great guy. Very help full and made sure I was informed about everything I needed to be. More

The experience continued to be great all the way until the end of the process from dealing with the Finance department to getting in my new car and driving away. We have had Dameion and Germain service our 2005 Odyssey since we purchased it new. Dameion has always been extremely helpful, informative, available and friendly. In a number of instances when we have had warning lights come on Dameion has been able to accommodate us with immediate service which provides me peace of mind knowing my family is safe in our Honda Odyssey.
