When I arrived he had the two types of vehicles at the front door so I could personally go out to the car, sit and get a feel for the product. When I came back in his offices, he had additional information for me to review. He answered all of my questions and/or concerns. He is an asset to your company. Greg's goal is to make sure the prospective car owner is happy with a complete understanding of the product. Donna Jackson Provided Me With A Great Service Experience!! My 2000 Honda Accord LX has been serviced here at Germain Honda Dublin for quite awhile due to them being close to home! Granted my car is an older ca My 2000 Honda Accord LX has been serviced here at Germain Honda Dublin for quite awhile due to them being close to home! Granted my car is an older car but I have maintained meticulous care of it, 220,000 miles on the odometer. The service has always been mediocre at best in the past, nothing special at this dealership. Example, You would think that upon arrival you would be greeted with a smile or a hello from a service advisor that passes you by. Especially when the advisor has worked with you on numerous occasions. This does not occur here at Germain Honda! Furthermore never felt like once my car was dropped off that they really cared about communication, follow up nor if I came back for future servicing. Could take it to any repair shop, but have chosen to use the dealer due to my preference of Honda OEM parts. My experience changed when I met Donna Jackson! Had a check-engine light on that needed looked at and explained to her that it had been on since my last appointment. Now mind you I paid for this to be resolved and repaired during my last visit. She assured me that she would get on it quickly and would communicate her findings. I explained my feelings towards their service and she went out of her way to assure me yet again that my experience would be different this time. Decided to Wait on my car while being serviced, she came in twice to check on me and to let me know that they were investigating the cause of the light. I asked Donna to also check bumper to bumper and let me know if anything else was needed while I was there. She was courteous, communicated and once more assured that given the chance that she would make me happy! Donna and the service tech worked together to resolve the issues and my bill was higher than expected, but due to the incredible communication, kindness, and her being thorough I really didn't care. I truly feel that had Donna Jackson not been my advisor that my experience would not have been positive due to my past experiences. Also spoke with Tom Rankin and expressed my joy and happiness for my service actually being done correctly!!! I will now let everyone know that Donna Jackson is the go-to Service Advisor at Honda Germain on Sawmill Road! More

Worst Service Experience I brought my 2012 Honda civic in for an assessment because the heater fan was making a noise. Eddie took the information and asked me to wait. He told me that a part had been ordered and that he would call me when it came in. He even gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I had questions. A couple of days later and for the next few days I tried calling him but he would not return my calls. I find that to be rude and very unprofessional. If he is not willing to do the work, he should have told me that in the first place. I did not buy the car at Germain so if that is the problem then again he should have mentioned that. Very bad experience. I am not coming back to Germain. I would rather drive the extra few miles for a better experience than come back there. I am done with that place. More

From the moment I walked in, Kris Rivers was extremely If you are looking for a vehicle with a sales staff who knows their business, look no further! From the moment I walked in, Kris Rivers was extremely attentive and helpful. He asked why I was looking for a vehicle and was not just interested in selling me one. I went in looking for a 2010 Chevy Equinox and it had been sold the evening before. I dropped by the dealership without calling, so this was beyond their control. As we sat down and began to talk, he never pressured me to purchase another vehicle. I was willing to look at another vehicle and a 2011 Equinox was in stock. It was being serviced, so he went to get it. While I was waiting, I was offered coffee or water. He was very professional, polite, and conversational. I was able to test-drive it and I even went out by myself. This is the first dealership that has ever let me do that, and I have a clean driving record! We talked finances and although it took much longer than I had expected because of other customers, he went and bought lunch while I was waiting. Try getting that somewhere else! Even after I walked out the door, I had another question and he had no problem coming out into the sub-zero temperature to help with the issue. Highly recommended! More
