She was one of the fewest Service Advisor that I kinda felt that I can relay on because a very unique attitude with a better service that I had never seen before. EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I don't usually have time to stop and do reviews (hence why I am doing this one almost 2 months after i've bought my vehicle), but the service I recei I don't usually have time to stop and do reviews (hence why I am doing this one almost 2 months after i've bought my vehicle), but the service I received during my car buying experience at Germain Dublin was such a great experience I had to do this review. Usually you don't look forward to spending hours on end at the dealership but the service I received from everyone was excellent and worth the time! Alex Cruz was great and VERY attentive to me the entire time which I appreciated. I felt like he really took into consideration my finances and what my needs were in the kind of car I wanted/needed to purchase. My youngest daughter purchased a car from your Alex in September and my oldest daughter will be visiting him sometime this summer to do the same. All because of the fabulous service and attention provided to us during this time. Absolutely LOVED my Germain Dublin Honda Experience! More

I will def recommend family and friends to visit him if there looking for a new car. He makes sure you see all the feautures of the car and test drives it within the first 15 mins your there. From here on out I will always work with him. He deserves a raise. He made sure I got the best deal and didnt leave empty handed. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt have my new 2013 Honda Accord!! More
