A pleasant experience My son bought a lease return Honda Fit EX on Sept 2nd from Jheni Felix. She was very easy to work with. She handed my son the keys to 2 different Fit' My son bought a lease return Honda Fit EX on Sept 2nd from Jheni Felix. She was very easy to work with. She handed my son the keys to 2 different Fit's to drive so he could decide which was best for him. Once my son decided on a car Jheni was very easy to deal with no pressure at all. The day we were there the dealer was crazy busy, but Jheni managed to get everything done for us while helping others. Pretty amazing job of juggling many xxxxx in the air at one time. We both agreed to some things that needed to be done. My son dropped off his new pride & joy on Tuesday. When he picked it up on Friday everything on the We Owe list was done & done correctly. Over the years I've been to a few car dealers that were like having ones teeth pulled. Germain Honda definitely is not that type of dealer. I feel Jhnei Felix is a large part of that. If we decide to buy another Honda Jheni will get the call. Thanks for a low pressure pleasant experience. :-) More

They have tons of civics here, but I recommend the EXLs, love all the features. There was a scratch on my paneling and I was down a key when I first saw the car and Woody took care of those issues for me no problem. More
