Bought my first car and Germain made it super easy!!! I bought my Honda Civic from here. This is my first car and I was super apprehensive about what I was getting into. Great experience with Jheni Jheni was very helpful showing us cars to fit our needs. She showed us a variety of models so we could be sure. As for the dealership itself would never recommend to anyone! If it wasn't for Bruce being such a great person and a salesman, we would have walked out on the deal!!! Finance person Michelle Meyer, was a VERY unpleasant person, made us feel like we were inconveniencing her with our cash transaction and title requests. Not only once but twice threw our papers down on the desk and said she cant do this right now. We would have to wait until we came back in to pick up our car on Weds. All because a customer was letting her know on how we wanted the title and how we were going to pay. We live an hour away. (this was our second trip to your dealership b/c the vehicle we were wanting to see was not on the lot when we arrived on the previous Sat, so we came back on Monday when you received it). Because of the drive(coming back weds would be our 3rd trip there) and having 2 children we were wanting to get all the paper work done that Monday night (while we had a sitter for the children that night), this would allow my husband to come and pick up the car on Weds. evening by himself. Keep this in mind as you are reading, what we were asking to be done with the title, we have done this with every title we have with no problems. Michelle went onto tell us that We would have to put the title in my husbands name and then once we received the title in the mail, we could then go to the title dept and get a new title with both our names on it with wros (with rights of survivorship). beside our names or I could go get a power of attorney so my husband could sign for me on Weds so I wouldn't have to come back and at least the title would be in both our names just not with wros. She didn't even want to take the time to reprint the paperwork for me to sign that night. She was telling me to go get a power of attorney so my husband could sign the papers on weds for me. Really when we are already paying you guys to do the title the right way and I was present that night to sign! I took it upon myself the next day to call the title dept. and tell them what I was told. They just laughed and said that there was no special form needed because that's what Michelle was telling us and if there was she could get on their website and print one out. They also said Yes I was correct we could put the title in both our names with wros after it. James Howald ended up being the finance person who took care of us when we came back to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. When I mentioned to him we wanted the title in both our names with wros, he said he has never been asked to do that before. But he was more then willing to draw up two sets of papers (which took maybe a few minutes to print off) with one set titled in both our names and one set title in both our names with wros beside our names. That way if there was any problems at least we could get a title done with both our names on it. He was very pleasant about it, never once talked to us like we were inconveniencing him on the extra paperwork , he never threw papers on the desk and said he couldn't do it like Michelle did. We also called and left a message for Marcelo Frustaci to call us on our experience with Michelle Meyer before we came back for the car. To this date; a week later (Oct 24, 2017) he hasn't returned our call. He knew we would be calling too. When picking up our car, we even told Ryan Cox about our unpleasant experience with Michelle and we haven't received a call back from Marcelo and he acted like oh well. I then looked at him and said if it wasn't for Bruce being such a great salesman, we would not be making this deal. But fortunately for you guys you had a vehicle for my husband for work with low mileage, in our price range so we went ahead with the purchase. I would not recommend this dealership just because of the lack of customer service, the amount of disrespect we received from Michelle and no care from management and no return call from Marcelo. I do want to make it very clear. I am NOT a person who will call in and complain. I'm very easy going and have a lot of patience, but I do not appreciate being treated with disrespect like we experienced with Michelle. Sorry she wasn't making any money with our transaction because we were a cash deal and not purchasing any warranties, but you should always treat any customer with respect no matter how they are purchasing a vehicle. I rated customer service as a 1 with the 1 being for Bruce Trimbur only. He should receive a 5. I rated friendliness a 2 for Bruce and James being so friendly(they both actually receive a 5). But because of the overall experience I cant rate any higher. Price is rated a 5 b/c it was a good price for our family. Also I wanted to mention and I'm not sure what your policy is on how much fuel is put into a vehicle that is purchased from you. But when we received the car (not noticing there wasn't much gas in it), we had to stop in Marysville and fill it up. Our past experience with dealerships was we received a full tank of gas with any type of purchase, whether used or new. I thought I should bring that to your attention especially since we had to come back 3 times for the vehicle and our unpleasant experience. Thanks for taking the time to read about our experience and I hope in the future that Michelle doesn't treat any more customers like she did us and she gets help on customer service. I also hope that Management starts returning customers calls whether they are complaints or positive feedback on your dealership. Mr. and Mrs. William Evans More

Kevin Larivee at Germain Honda of Dublin made it so easy I had not purchased a car in over eleven years and was not looking forward to doing it again. Kevin Larivee at Germain Honda of Dublin made it so easy! I searched their inventory online and they had exactly what I was looking for. I called Kevin, he brought the car to my work place for me to test drive. I went to the dealership later that day and was in and out in less than 90 minutes!! I am now the proud owner of a Honda CRV and I love it! More
Service experience. I purchased my used 2014 Civic from Germain in April 2017. I recently had the car in for service with 50,000 miles. Kevin took the time to explain to me about the recommendations from the technician about what my car needed done, both the pluses and minuses of the service. I felt that Kevin was really taking an interest in me as a loyal Honda customer as well as the well-being of my slightly aging Honda Civic. Great Honda Pilot! I had been to 3 Honda dealers looking for a 2015 used Honda Pilot that had low miles, well taken care of and right price....and just as we were about I had been to 3 Honda dealers looking for a 2015 used Honda Pilot that had low miles, well taken care of and right price....and just as we were about to call it quits we decided to stop by Germain Honda in Dublin. Apparently we should have started out at Germain Honda because we walked in 1hr till closing and "woody" our salesman got us into a beautiful Honda- it was exactly what we were looking for! 30 minutes later we were closing the deal!! The staff was excellent and took great care of us and our vehicle!! Thanks Germain Honda and look forward to working with you all again in the future!!! More
