Great Experience! Kris Rivers was delightful! He answered the phone yesterday morning regarding a car we were interested in. I could not get to dealership until after Kris Rivers was delightful! He answered the phone yesterday morning regarding a car we were interested in. I could not get to dealership until afternoon but he kept me informed about the car's availability (there was someone else looking at it). When I got to dealership - he took me for a drive in the car, showed me all the features and highlights and then I drove it. There was NO pressure...just easy conversation. Felt like we had been friends for years! I decided to get the car...was not a hard sale for him, but regardless, he was honest and professional and streamlined the process. Really like Kris and highly recommend him to anyone! James did all the final paperwork with me...also very professional and friendly. No pressure...just honesty. Loved it. Enjoyed getting to know him and his history (ex-marine! impressive!). Said he loves Germain and respects company for their leadership and integrity...no reason he needed to say that, was just sharing. Great job by James.
