Body Shop $11K front end repair - Poor customer service 7 weeks with my Honda Pilot in body shop with zero communication unless we called ourselves to inquire. Initially, our car sat for two weeks without even being looked at. After finally taking the car home once "complete", basic details were not completed, which now means I am heading back tomorrow so they can be fixed. Bri offered us excuse after excuse throughout this process for why she hadn't called or why the car was not complete, including telling me "I am the only female that works in the body shop".....so? why would you even mention that? We finally asked to speak with the supervisor, Seth, who was only slightly more helpful. I would not recommend this body shop and expect a lot more when your vehicle is being serviced for such a long time and for a lot of money. I also expect my car to actually be complete when you say it's done and ready to be picked up. More

Kris Rivers sales consultant, Kris represented your dealership in ways that took me by surprise. I looked at a car that possibly looked like it had been taken out for a test drive Kris represented your dealership in ways that took me by surprise. I looked at a car that possibly looked like it had been taken out for a test drive and was a little soiled as a result of the snow and ice roads. He told me to get in and drove the car into the service garage and gave the car a through cleaning ,himself , unassisted by service personnel.. It was then that I knew that this young man was the type of fellow that cared , not only about his employer, but also for his customer. Buying a car from Kris was a no-brainer at that point. The only flaw became apparent when I followed my wife home was a rear break light was out, Had he known that I am sure he would have fixed that too. More
