Reflecting on recent experience at Germain Honda We recently needed to replace our leased Honda CR-V previously leased at Germain. We came this time to purchase a vehicle and knew what we wanted. Derek Barnes greeted us and we discussed what we were looking for in a new vehicle, including Class III towing capability. Few discussed the options on the 2018 Pilot so he arranged for us to test drive one which we did. After the test drive we said we wanted to come back the following week and enter the buying process. He said fine, no pressure so we scheduled our return via Email. We returned as scheduled and did all the paperwork for ordering the new Pilot. Derek said it would only be a few days to get it and then a few more to obtain & install the towing package. He stayed on this process and kept us informed of its progress. When the vehicle was ready we scheduled a pick-up time and visit to the technical folks to review the operation, etc of the Pilot which was a very good process, also. Bottom line: Germain is an excellent dealership and to be commended for it. More

We had been looking/pricing for a couple of months seeing what she liked best. I drive an hour to look at/test drive it. It was raining that day so my salesman Matt S. who I’d been speaking with about it the previous day had it inside for me to look at when I got there. When it came time to purchase that day, everything went smooth & wasn’t any need to negotiate on the price since it was already priced right so that saved a lot of time. I was making this a surprise for my daughter, she did not know I came to look at it while she was at school. I came back 2 days later with my parents & my daughter to pick it up and she was very surprised when she went in the back to “look” at it and I told her it was hers! Matt and the Business Mgr James H. made sure the car was all washed and ready to go & they even put a big red bow on it for her! They went above & beyond to make our day even more special for us. I have to say this has been the best car buying experience ever!!! Definitely recommend Germain Honda if Dublin & will make future purchases with them! Thanks again! More
