Had my car towed from my home. I didn't go with vehicle. From speaking to representatives on the phone to get my car in as I had it towed. They handled everything. Great experience Saw a car online and wanted to test drive. Mike Perkins contacted me quickly and set up appointment. He kept constant contact and had the car ready for us upon arrival. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. We found a problem with the car, and they agreed to fix it with no question. Allowed us to take it to our mechanic for a couple of days. He found a problem with power steering and a couple of other things. They immediately scheduled it in for repair. Within 2 days the car was returned to me with everything working. Mike Perkins was great to work with and felt very comfortable with him handling our account. We would definitely deal with him again when in the car market! More
