Body shop review I was helped by Bri in the body shop. She was efficient, personable and very clear in what was needed to make the repair to my vehicle. She dealt with the insurance company and took that concern off of my hands. The work was done beautifully and you would never know it had been done. Suggest Germain give the customer service guys the authority to give "best price" when new tires are needed and not have to consult " tire guy" who wasn't available at 4 pm . Germain likely lost the sale; my spouse wont' get a quote elsewhere and then come back for matching prices...just one customer's opionion here.
