Jheni was great!! My wife and I had a little bit of a different situation. We had two cars we wanted to trade and knew we would have a little bit of negative equity. Jheni Felix was our sales consultant and from the time we went in on a Thursday to simply look around, to the time we went in Saturday and ended up buying a Honda Odyessy Van Jheni was beyond great! There aren't words enough to say how wonderful she was. She worked extremely hard to find numbers that worked. My wife and I had a strict budget and when a few different scenarios didn't work, Jheni kept looking and kept working. We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the dealership to make everything work out, and we did it with a 6-month-old little girl. Jheni would talk to her, smile at her, try to make her just as comfortable as we were. After a long period passed, Jheni and her manager were able to find a scenario that we could make work. My wife and I walked out of there with the van we wanted, it fit our budget, and it was never a situation where we felt pressured. Jheni worked as hard as possible to make things work for us. At the conclusion of the sale Jheni gave us both a hug, told us to stay in touch and we could tell that she genuinely cared about getting us into the van we wanted. She was class the whole time! When it came time to sign the paperwork James Howald knew we had a little one, who was getting restless. He covered all the details he needed but was also very aware of our time frame. He was outstanding! Anyone looking for a used car if you go to Germain Honda, request Jheni, and you will get nothing but the best service!! More

One Saturday as I pulled into this dealership I saw my coworker walking. I rolled down my window and he stated that he had just bought a car here about an hour ago and was very pleased. Ironically I ended up purchasing a CR-V here the same day as well! I worked with Lewk who was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to answer all of my questions and did not pressure me to purchase a car. I had felt pressured to purchase a car at other dealerships. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Lewk worked with me to make that a reality. I love my CR-V. More
